Found truck online and called to verify availability. Talked to Nathan, owner, of Turner Auto Zone. Very friendly and no pressure. Went to see truck next morning and bought it. Again, no pressure and he negotiated a lower % rate to meet my needs. Would definitely buy from again and have him now looking for a specific truck for my son.
Overall lack of management skills. The mangers are rude and condescending..... I was sold a truck with multiple open recalls after I left it there for a week to get them taken care of.
They did not make good or follow through with other promises as well.
My wife and I bought a truck from them and I can't find a single thing to complain about. Jeff, Stan, and staff are the type of people that you refer your mom or best friend to. They're just genuinely good people!
This was the first dealership I started looking for a new vehicle. From start to finish the process was smooth and effortless. Taylor was very helpful with finding something in my price range and gave us a reasonable offer for our trade in. All together I would say this will be where we do business again.
I was looking to lease a vehicle that I would like and may eventually buy. I went to KIA because of the long warranty. The redesigned 2019 Kia forte was what I wanted and it was what I got. I was initially disappointed that the price I calculated online was not what I got when I went to their office. However, Taylor Rowell worked with me to eventually get the exact car (model, color, trim) I wanted at a reasonable price that I was comfortable with. Taylor was very respectful and helpful through out the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone (just don't use the online calculator - go in and talk to someone).
I would highly recommend Rivertown Fords service department. They got my car fixed in a very reasonable time . They were very helpful with checking my warranty to make sure I was covered even though I didn’t buy my car through their dealership .
Steve is great. He goes the extra mile to help you. I brought my car a day early by mistake and they gave me a loaner car anyway. The staff was quick to get me in and out. ¿

I like Acura of Columbus,
even, I guess, after every single employee I knew there
from the Sales and Service teams to the various managers and officers
has been either
moved, transferred, fired or replaced.
(So I'm kinda forced to 'start over' with all new names/faces/teams...
whether I want to or not.)
PS- I am officially going to quit liking Acura of Columbus
if people keep calling my house at night to ask me
how much I like Acura of Columbus.
It's stupid, and is absolutely counterproductive.
