I bought a 2016 F150 from Gary Yeomans Ford and love that truck. It had a few minor problems and made an appointment to return and get them fixed. Austin and Chris got together and got everything repaired to my satisfaction. I liked that my salesman Austin Warhurst was easy to get along with and he did everything he could to answer my questions and make sure we were satisfied. Chris, who assisted in getting everything repaired was a great guy too. I will buy another vehicle there because it was a positive dealership.
All the staff at Biurne???s Are knowledgeable, courtesy and caring. Their vehicles are exceptional value for money. I love the service department. Ben is wonderful. He cares about you and your vehicle. I trust they will take care of my car, like it was their own. That???s a quality that I feel has been lost at other dealers and service department. Thsnk you. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

May wife and I have been looking for a new minivan for a few weeks and came across Bourne auto sales. Patrick was super helpful. We were torn between here and another dealership for the same vehicle. Papa is a disabled Veteran in the Clyde Lassen Nursing Home, however, the grandchildren have named his truck "Forest" and we want it to "keep on running". My son diagnosed it is a intake manifold or a thermostat sticking with the steam appearance and the "check gauges" caution light. Rather than having him work another project into his schedule, Palm Coast Ford Service had "Forest" on the road again in less than a week. Everyone is happy and I am able to drive "my man's" truck with the grandchildren safely to Scouts, horseback riding, the beach and even church. They love riding in "Forest" and the children at the bus stop sit on the tailgate waiting for the bus. Forest is abused, but loved and has low miles so I can save the 2018 Ford Escape for the trips to St. Augustine nearly daily. Thank you for your caring attitude. I came to this dealership after being told to check it out after I spoke to another customer of theirs. I had already located my truck at another dealership and was ready to secure that deal, but this bunch of guys here treated me just like I was the only customer they had. My salesman Jaret Clark was exceptional and really listened to what I wanted along with the sales mgr. Sean they made my deal sweeter than the other dealership and have a customer for life, Thank You Guys!!!
