USAA Car Buying Service Worked Exactly as Advertised

Matt did a great sales job. We were in the dealership unannounced several times over several months, and Matt was not always there. Billy and Michael stepped in and helped make the sales experience an overall excellent one. The USAA Car Buying service is the way to go, at least from this buyer's perspective. It relieved a lot of the pressure of buying a new car. Matt answered all our questions and was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Maher was similarly efficient in finalizing the financing and optional services. Overall, nothing could have gone better. NOTE: we bought our first Subaru from your dealership, and were pleased with the car. One of your biggest sales incentives for returning customers, however is Carmen in the Service Department. She is a treasure--knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, thorough, etc. We may have been able to find a better deal in the region, but Carmen brought us back to your store.
Frank Smith made my purchase of a Forrester actually pleasureable. As a skilled and personable representative of Suburu, he made everything from detailed operational instructions to a test drive an enjoyable experience. I recommend Frank and Valley Suburu without exception.
After driving over an hour to get to the dealership to look at the one ellusive truck, I was not disappointed. The dealership is well laid out and easy to find. Dave and Carol were friendly and extremely low pressure. The experience was one of the best I've had (and I don't throw praise lightly). Thank you two for a wonderful truck and superb experience!

Very impressed with the service and professionalism received. My husband and I never trusted the former dealership after two shady repairs. We were really hesitant about bringing our Chevy Equinox to the "new" dealership. When we learned that the service department were a different crew, we gave them a try. They have ALL earned our trust and business. Please keep being real, truthful, and professional.
All the sales and finance staff are “A” #1. The clean up crew needs a lot of work. Looks like they rinse down the vehicle and wiped it off. Windows are terrible. I haven’t had the chance to do so but I’ll get it right.
