2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Excellent! Wouldn't go anywhere else!! If you know what you want and tell the sales person, it's quick and easy. Wasn't pressured into anything else. They brought the vehicle up to the door, I test drove it, and only talked to that specific sales person I started with. No waiting or pressure. Also receive exceptional help by texting him anytime.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Bergstrom of KaukaunaReviews
Bergstrom of Kaukauna review
I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life. My deepest appreciation Todd
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Bergstrom Hyundai of Green BayReviews
Bergstrom Hyundai of Green Bay review
To Whom It May Concern, I’m writing to share my sincere appreciation for Chris Gomes, General Manager of Bergstrom Hyundai Green Bay (formerly Broadway Hyundai), and his entire phenomenal team. I just completed my 10th vehicle transaction with them — and once again, they exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors of their beautiful new facility, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. This most recent purchase — my brand new 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited Edition— has been nothing short of amazing, and the entire experience was smooth, exciting, and refreshingly honest. A special and heartfelt thank you to: Chris Gomes – His leadership is the heart of this dealership. Chris leads by example, with unmatched integrity, warmth, and an unwavering dedication to his customers. His team reflects his high standards, and it's no wonder this dealership continues to thrive under his direction. Angie, the incredible Sales Manager – Her transparency, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference. She made sure everything was handled efficiently and with kindness — adding a personal touch that truly made me feel valued and respected. Zach, my awesome sales advisor – Knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Zach made the entire sales process as always smooth and enjoyable, without a hint of pressure. Jose, who went above and beyond during the vehicle delivery — walking me through every feature and function of the Ioniq 5’s advanced infotainment system. His detailed and patient walkthrough gave me the confidence to drive away knowing exactly what my new vehicle can do. This team isn't just good — they’re the best. I’ve worked with several dealerships over the years, and trust me when I say: no one compares to the team at Bergstrom Hyundai Green Bay. Even though I live in Appleton and have closer dealership options, including other Bergstrom locations, I choose to return to Green Bay time and time again. That’s how much trust and confidence I have in Chris Gomes and his team. They have earned my loyalty for life. To Tim Bergstrom (CE0 and President of Bergstrom Auto), thank you for building a company culture that empowers and supports leaders like Chris Gomes. He and his team deserve to be recognized, celebrated, and appreciated for the outstanding work they do — not just in sales, but in building long-lasting relationships with their customers. And as for new or future customers or if you have been in the market for a new or certified used vehicle for sime time now, I can't recommend Bergstrom Hyundai Green Bay enough. Ask for Chris, Angie, Zach, or Jose — and experience the best car-buying journey you’ve ever had. With deepest appreciation, Malek Oskoui Loyal 10-Time Customer | Appleton, WI

Bergstrom GMC Buick of AppletonReviews
Bergstrom GMC Buick of Appleton review
I had an excellent experience with Dominic Jacobucci and the Bergstrom Buick-GMC team. I initially began my vehicle search with Scott Spanbauer at Bergstrom Chevrolet of Neenah, but once I decided on a GMC Yukon AT4, Dominic stepped in to handle the GMC side of the purchase. Although we never met face to face, Dominic made the entire transaction remarkably easy. He was professional, courteous, thorough, and extremely responsive by text. He clearly explained the purchase details, credit application, financing, warranty and protection options, handled the digital paperwork, and provided follow-up documentation so my husband and I could review everything together without feeling rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was how seamlessly Dominic and Scott worked together across Bergstrom locations. They found me exactly the vehicle I wanted ? the right model, color, and features without a lot of unnecessary extras ? and Dominic coordinated having it transferred to Neenah so I could complete delivery there with Scott. The entire process was streamlined, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. I felt well informed and well taken care of throughout. I would absolutely recommend Dominic and Bergstrom Buick-GMC.

Had the best car buying experience yet with Brad Butkiewicz. He guided us through the whole process with no hassles and actually made it fun. After the sale I had problems setting up my garage door opener and phone integration. Called Brad and he personally came to our house to rectify the issues. You can't get any better service than that! I would highly recommend Brad and Bergstrom Cadillac to anyone. Thanks!!

I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Excellent experience. Honest people, great prices, amazing service. Would recommend, highest quality vehicles I've seen. I've recommended several family members and close friends here and they've had the same experience. Gave the best financing options and a low price for a 10 year warranty, even gave $2,000 more for my sisters trade in than any other dealership offered.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I swore all of my life I would never buy a Ford. Once I brought my F150 Harley, I loved it. Which made me eager to but this Explorer for my wife and daughter. We are now a FORD FAMILY.

Bergstrom Luxury on Victory Lane - Alfa Romeo Audi BMW INFINITI Jaguar Land Rover Maserati Mercedes-Benz Volvo review
Bergstrom Lexus is the greatest automotive buying experience you have not yet had the opportunity and pleasure to know. I have traded in and bought 7 vehicles over the last 3 years. I was dismayed and disappointed in many dealerships response to an independent business woman’s request for transparency, accountability, and fairness. I was overwhelmed and impressed with my incredible experience at Bergstrom Lexus. Rick Bergstrom, along with Al Solowicz, and Eric Schultz, have completely changed my perception of the automobile purchasing experience, I was treated with respect, kindness, and applauded as an independent woman for making an informed, intelligent decision. You will never find a more pleasant, enjoyable car buying experience, hands down. They have my respect, my business, and my many referrals for life! They are a class act!!!! Thank you Bergstrom Lexus. Sherrie Servais

Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay review
I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! NJS

I Bought a used car. Super friendly.Very easy to deal with, would definitely recommend!
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Our experience has always been excellent. Norbert purchased his first vehicle a 1970 Ford Grand Torino from them. We continue to buy our vehicles from Hank Horn and Paul Rathsack. Also Bob Wisniewski is always available to answer and help us with anything we have questions about. Mac and the Service Department has always done an awesome job on all our vehicles. We feel Customer Service is their first priority. Norbert and Colette Geiger Jr.

2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped
