Third time I’ve been in for recalls on my truck and one 10k mile tire rotation. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle service is great too. I recommend the service department, but I’ll never recommend buying a vehicle there. I’ll take responsibility for being gullible enough to believe them when I should have ran! I guess this is the way ford sells cars nowadays. Just ask for the out the door price in writing so you can comparison shop. You’ll be out of there in no time!

I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. 2023 Ford F-150 review
I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.
