Everyone there realizes what they are there to do - treat the customer well. I truly felt as if I were important, and not just because I was there to buy a car. I was welcomed by the very first person I met. I didn't feel rushed nor ignored by any means. I did purchase a brand new car from them and continue to take it there for service, In fact, just recently. Always welcomed and provided with a nice waiting area and coffee. Karen is usually the first person I see, and she always has a big smile for you. Joe, one of her co-workers is also tops in my book.

2024 Ford F-150 review
Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

2024 Ford F-150 review
I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

My Raptor experience has been excellent. Very comfortable, handles fantastic. Great pedal response. Towing ability has been very responsive handlles great during Towing. Have not had a single problem. Only drawback might be price tag.

2024 Ford F-150 review
Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Turbomax from the Knapp Chevrolet Dealership in Blissfield, Michigan. My experience was top tier excellent. The atmosphere of the dealership was very welcoming. The selection of available vehicles, both new and certified pre-owned, was extensive. They have a wide range of vehicles at any given time. My salesman, Tylor, worked well with me within the parameters I had set for purchasing a vehicle and did not hassle for options outside of what I was looking for. He was professional, accommodating, and extremely detailed regarding available models, trim levels for each model, and how each model was comparative to the next until I was able to make a well-informed decision on which vehicle would best meet my needs. I went in very open minded and that allowed for an easy-going experience for vehicle selection until I had made my final decision. Once I had made my vehicle selection, they were so accommodating as to set aside my choice of vehicle for a few days until I had everything necessary in place to finalize the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a quality experience with the dealership’s staff in looking for the right vehicle and an easy-going purchasing process. Absolute 5-Star review.
