Still hate to use the screen for all controls except for volume but it is what it is. Dealer service so far is good with Group 1 Ford but it helps to be covered by both new warranty and extended warranty (it is a Ford after all). We did all of our communication over the phone and text and the sale representatives were very punctual and helpful in the purchase of our car. We were even able to fill out all of the paperwork online so when it came time to go in and pick the car up everything was ready and seamless. Overall throughly enjoyed our experience at ALM.
