Had a problem with the brakes on my 2005 Freestyle, the mechanic found the problem and did what needed to be done to correct the problem, work was great in a timely manner, and very friendly personnel.
I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!
Even though I was not looking to buy a car the service was great. I went in to have my oil changed and was able to have it done within the expected amount of time. The gentleman that was assisting me was very positive and helpful. It is great to go in to a place and see a smiling face and to have someone to go that extra mile and help. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back.
This is my second purchase from this lot. They have a great selection that really will fit any need. I love buying from this lot because I know that I will get a good reliable car that will last me for awhile and the manager will do anything to make sure you get in a good car for the right price. Instead of going to several lots and trying to find a halfway decent deal I recommend anybody go to this lot to get the best deal first try.

They were unable to help me with the vehicle I preferred to purchase. I had difficult because my credit score was low, but they did try to help me with that . However we could nit come to terms with a comfortable car payment for me. The salesman was very personable. But, I called before I went there and explained about my credit informing management that my situation was difficult and that I did not want to come all the way out there and not only be embarrassed but waste my time. He assured me that would not be an issue. But I ended up wasting my time nonetheless and being embarrassed as well.
Allstate ford was a pleasure to work with. My phone calls were always answered and myquestions were answered by my sales associate immediately. I came from out of state to purchase a vehicle and they work with me on the price over the phone. They pick me up at the airport had all the paperwork ready and we're honest about the evaluation of the vehicle when I got there . I would recommend working with the dealership to anyone.
