Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. With my highest recommendation I say YES I give Don Wood CDJR my gratitude and thanks. I am huge fan of their product. IMO their product isn't the cars and trucks they represent/sell, it is the humanity with which they do business and the genuine person to person interaction. It is meaningful. 2020 Ford F-150 review
Yep, it's big. It's a 2-in-1 vehicle that I jokingly call a caruck. The grandkids love it and so do my wife and I. I wanted one with an 8' bed, but that one wouldn't fit in the garage, so I settled for a 6.5 bed. The F-150 is comfortable, easy to drive, and gets surprisingly good gas mileage. That mileage drops a bit when towing. I use mine for family and for managing the farm. My only slight hangup is that I can't figure out how to handle the air conditioning for the back seat occupants. On a side note, I think city planners and architects were planning on things downsizing and this thing is anything but downsized. It fits almost everywhere and when it doesn't, it fits almost always somewhere close enough. I love it and would definitely buy another one.

2022 Ford F-150 review
2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

2009 Ford F-150 review
Bought new off the lot in 2009 when prices were low due to high gas prices and panic in the automobile industry. This truck has been great. 170k miles on it 17yrs later and I am sure I will get to over 300k. I keep up the routine maintenance. The only thing I have had to replace other than normal wear component (brake pads, rotors, spark plugs, filters, etc) is one coil pack. Also had to have my ABS module refurbished (bad solder joint). I replaced the factory radio system with one that has Apple Play and GPS from Crutchfield, but that was only because I wanted to. The radio it had was fine, but it was 16 year old technology when I replaced it. Crutchfield kits include all the trim, harness and interface gear, so it was a breeze. I love this truck. I drive it every day, haul with it, it even gets ok gas mileage for a truck.

2020 Ford F-150 review
I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

2020 Ford F-150 review
I’m the proud owner of a 2020 F 150 XL regular cab and I’m seriously in love with my truck. Comfortable, versatile, good mileage, low maintenance, and a real kick to drive. The regular cab makes for a sharp look and turns heads, and I get stopped by people who compliment me on my sharp looking truck. She’s just an all around great ride! My Eco Boost engine is more than adequate for everything short of really heavy towing and buddies always ask if my engine is an 8 cylinder when I put the truck through her paces. The AWD performs great off road and has never let me down even when I’ve deliberately put my truck in tight spots I thought she might not get me out of. In short, my F 150 is my best buddy and can be depended on to keep me out of trouble even when I push her to the limit! So, I’m a believer and proud F 150 guy. I really can’t think of anything I don’t like about my truck.

2020 Ford F-150 review

2011 Ford F-150 review
I own 2 F150’s from 2011 with 5.0. Bought new. Lariat has 53,000 miles, XL has 118,000 miles. Basic maintenance and have had NO issues. The XL is a work truck and I’ve been rough with it. They are very dependable. The low tire pressure sensor stay lit up on the gauges. Nothing wrong, but I refuse to pay $145. to turn off the display icon on the instrument cluster. Those trucks were worth it.

My sales person, Noah Evans was terrific, and the finance group and sales management were easy to work with. They very honest and straight forward. Closed deal and drove off in a couple hours. The drive is worth it. Highly recommend.
2023 Ford F-150 review
My experience is very positive. Great looks. Great power. Fit finish inside and out first class. Handling on road no complaints. Off road the truck is a beast. 34” tires help appearance and ground clearance. I think it’s the right choice in this segment of trucks. But man the recalls blow. This axle bolt half shaft one has taken forever to get done. It kinda throws manure on a great truck. Other than that it’s a keeper ! The ecoboost 3.5 is really strong. It also sounds like a small V6 which is not so great. As long as it keeps small V6ing and doesn’t break I’m good. But no coyote sound check needed. The paint is maybe the biggest surprise. It’s really good. Interior highlights are just normal comfortable observations. Nothing over the top but adequate. It handles deep snow well. It handles 75 mph in 100 degree heat well. It’s smooth sleek and fast. Stopping power is real good. I’d buy another one for sure. It has the recall issues but they all do so that’s all l gotta say about that.

2016 Ford F-150 review
2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

2013 Ford F-150 review
Purchased new in 2013 crewcab with big engine.11 years later and 80,000 highway miles still runs like new. Minor electrical problems and battery drainage when first purchased. Nearly zero problems in 9 years. Great truck!

2014 Ford F-150 review
Just turned 300k on my 2014 eco boost.. great truck very little issues .. kept up on oil changes.. maintenance etc.. bad things are I had to replace coil packs, and brake booster 4x. Moving this to my backup vehicle as I just bought a clean 2014 f150 with the 5.0 engine and 150k.. gonna see if I can run that up to 300k too

2021 Ford F-150 review
The 3.3 engine is very reliable and a simple V6 My truck is geared 3:73 which I can still average 24 mpg hiway and sometimes I see 25. I believe the Motorcraft 5W20 is the best option for the engine in the retail shelf market. It outperforms in every category compared to the big brands available. 7500 miles is easily obtained without having consumption issues. For the person who isn’t in need of high hp and wants a truck for long term ownership I would recommend getting the 3.3 engine.
