Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.

This truck is perfect. On the outside, it’s sleek and good looking, and it drives great, with better brakes and acceleration than my last car which was a minivan. The inside of this truck is everything I want, it has nice features like a touch screen that’s easy to navigate, but also an array of buttons so you aren’t stuck relying on a less responsive screen. The seats are large and comfortable and the interior is enormous.
Our salesman for buying an EV was Anthony Masone, ultra-competent, non-pressuring, a deft guide throughout the process, not to mention highly affable. And offered candy at his desk to boot! Thanks, Tony, for all your help, leading to a happy ending: a beautiful, brandnew EV (Chevrolet Bolt).

My Limited has heated and ventilated leather seats, twin turbo V6, sun/moon roof, nav, etc. Good acceleration, smooth ride, very comfortable seats front and rear and a fold down step built into the tailgate.
Mike at the service desk is excellent! only promises what he can deliver. if he tells you your car will be ready in 1 hour it will be. I find the prices for service fair & comparable to other facilities.

has more leg room then my old 2006, perfect. stayed with the reliable v8. the interior is very comfortable and is very fun to drive
I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.

This truck has so much leg room. The panoramic sunroof is so amazing. Very pleased with this vehicle and would highly recommend it to anyone.
When the 2019 Mustang "Bullitt" was announced, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the famous movie of the same name, which had one of the most famous movie car chases with Steve McQueen driving his '68 Mustang in the beautiful "Dark Highland Green", I placed my order with sales rep. Harry McDougall. Because of Ford's odd methodology of allocating special vehicles, Harry and the dealership worked very hard to obtain this limited-production car for me. He was just as excited about it arriving at the dealership as I was! Everything, including the paperwork, went smoothly and the car is well worth the wait. This is my eighth Mustang. The first was a '69 coup, which was also my first new car, so this is also my "50th anniversary" for Mustang ownership. I have bought many different cars at Jannell over the past 30 years and, obviously, have had great experience here and can highly-recommend the sales, service and parts folks; and the management must be doing something right, too! Thanks Jannell Ford.

This is the perfect truck for me. I have a 2014 STX Sport. it looks good, has a nice big V8 with plenty of power and the interior room is amazing. I fit 6-guys in the cab with 8 golf bags in the back on a golf trip. Ford did well making the 2014 F-150.

There was no pressure to buy and he was excellent with explaining all our options and helping us decide our best option. After the purchase he came in on his day off to make sure my car was detailed and ready when he told me. He was patient and showed me all the options in my new car and helped me sync my phone. Lots of room for anything. Interiors are comfortable and clean. The v8 has ton of power and it sounds like a dream. Not bad on gas considering it’s a big truck. Can tow just about anything, and comfy enough to put my two toddlers in it every day.

I had been searching for a particular Ford Transit and although Jannell didn't have one on their lot, they persisted in finding me the vehicle I asked for, even though they got it from another place. Janice did her research and found some cars, then Rob Sylvia, a wonderful sales rep, went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car. I highly recommend Rob; I was treated fairly and kindly along the sales process. When I picked up my car, it was clean and ready for me. The only nit pick was with the finance piece of the transaction - took a long time to process paperwork, etc. But otherwise, all good!!

Always drive a Ford ranger but recently switched up to a Ford F150. I am super happy I did. The inside us amazing and it rides as smooth as any luxury car I have ridden in. Great vehicle.
This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.

Love sitting up high in this truck, very comfortable enough room for five adults to stretch out, get through anything, reliable, & a very nice looking truck.
