William in sales worked diligently to get me the best possible loan available, even after I had agreed to a higher loan with one company, he worked hard and surprised me the day I showed up to sign the papers with a better loan from a different company. I say this to show how he, and all his associates, went above and beyond without me asking to make sure I had the best experience and terms possible. William was also very upfront and honest about where the used car I bought came from and what it was missing (particularly a hex key) and was an absolute pleasure to do business with, never once did I feel pressured during the buying processes, and we actually had a lot of laughs together. I also want to give a shout out to Ronnie who made the signing processes on the day of as smooth as possible, and was just generally a nice gentleman to talk to. I would 100% do business with them again, and would/will recommend them to any family and friends in the future. Just recently purchased my big boy. Waaay too much truck for my needs because I don't pull anything behind it and drive it occasionally. I've heard horror stories about the 6,4L but this truck is amazing. So much power and torque and rides like a champ.
