Byers FordReviews
Byers Ford review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2023 Ford Bronco from Byers Ford, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience, especially since I made the purchase on a Sunday! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a welcoming team that made me feel right at home. Despite it being a Sunday, the staff at Byers Ford were fully engaged, offering exceptional service and answering all of my questions without hesitation. My sales representative, Jeff Ashbrook, was outstanding—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood all the features of the Bronco. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted to make sure I was making the best decision for my needs. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Jeff walked me through all the details, provided transparent pricing, and helped me navigate the financing options with ease. His professionalism and attention to detail made a big difference in my overall experience. The 2023 Ford Bronco itself is absolutely fantastic—rugged yet refined, with all the modern features I was looking for in a vehicle. Overall, buying my Bronco from Byers Ford was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend them—especially if you’re looking for top-notch service on a Sunday. A huge thank you to Jeff Ashbrook and the team for making the process so easy and enjoyable!
2020 Ford F-350 review
Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

My salesman was Austin Chapman. Could not have asked for a better salesman! He was helpful, knowledgeable very low pressure and no stress at all!
2020 Ford F-350 review
2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

Paley Auto Group review
Talked to Jesse Gump at Paley auto group in Columbus. We talked and made a tentative agreement on a car I wanted. I traveled from Pittsburgh to Columbus by bus to see the vehicle. There are things you can’t do over the phone. I crawled under and around the vehicle for a good half hour fourth five minutes. It was just as Jesse told me plus the extra stuff I looked at underneath. Test ride was like riding with your best friend. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the car business and very honest about what he didn’t know. I felt comfortable with him. He is a good man not some firecracker salesman. They worked with me at every turn and I drove the vehicle back to Pittsburgh. Thanks you you all at Paley auto group

I have done regular oil changes and servicing on the unit since the beginning and now have 245000 km on it. Today I finally changed the front U Joints on front end and that’s it for anything for major services.

I had a great experience purchasing a new RAV4 XLE from Tansky Sawmill Toyota. Jennifer Velazquez was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. She kept me informed throughout the process while my RAV4 was in production as well as during the walkthrough and setup of my new vehicle. I really appreciated the no hassle and no pressure experience I had while working with everyone at Tansky.

Know what you are buying. This is a high end diesel work truck that can tow anything, and drive down the road in comfort and style. The power and torque are best in class. Very dependable, but not cheap to own and maintain. The best truck I have purchased to date. Ford has been in our family 50+years, for business and pleasure. This truck is a statement!

Austin Chapman is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. Buying a car from him was a completely pleasant experience. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. My happiness was so important to him that he again went above and beyond. He is a great asset to that dealership. Very impressive young man. Extremely professional, extremely polite, extremely compassionate, and absolutely loves his job and what he does. He made a difference for me and I hope that he makes a difference for many more. Thank you, Austin, you are amazing!

Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet review
Big thank you to the service department at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet! I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. The guys in service were empathetic to my situation and immediately started inspecting the tires and checking the sensors. Turns out the tires were fine. One of the sensors had gone bad. I had peace of mind to drive home eastern PA. I asked what I owed and was told no charge, glad they could help. Thanks again.

Kearns Motor Car Co.Reviews
Kearns Motor Car Co. review
I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.
