Excellent "on-the-spot" truck purchase experience

We had our previous 2000 model year truck in for inspection and service and found out it was basically DOA, so needed to find something quickly. Since we were already there at Paoli Ford, we decided to look at what was on their lot, so we went over to the sales department. We were quickly and pleasantly greeted by Jack and we related our situation to him, as well as what we needed in a vehicle (we tow a fishing beat) and that we would most likely be interested in a pre-owned vehicle. Jack quickly assessed our needs and retrieved information on the available vehicle on their lot, capable of meeting them. He collected keys and we started to look at vehicles and took the truck we eventually purchased for a test drive. There was no pressure, and Jack was obviously prepared to spend with us whatever time we needed to assess the vehicles and make a decision. After we decided on a truck to purchase, Jack generated any/all payment options so we could best decide how the financing would get set up. Once that decision was made, all was passed to Wayne for financial processing. This took a bit longer than we expected, but that was because Wayne Eppinger took took the time to shop for a better loan rate than the first selection offered, thus lowering our monthly and overall costs of the vehicle. I have NEVER had a dealership look out for our interests in this fashion once they knew they had a sale on the line...outstanding! All of this was facilitated by Aaron the Sales Manager, who kept his f"finger on the pulse" and touched base with us through the process to insure we knew what was happening. Once all was prepped up and we took possession of the vehicle, there were a few small details that still needed to be completed, but all were noted hopefully the items ordered will arrive in timely fashion and will be taken care of by next week. All in all, this was the most efficient and pleasurable purchase experience I have ever had and even after only having the vehicle a couple of days, feel that were were definitely assisted in making the best decision on this purchase, all in a matter of a few hours from learning our old vehicle was DOA, to driving off the lot in a new (pre-owned) vehicle. I feel feel that I need to mention Doug Souders and the service team here as well. We have received outstanding service on our vehicle (Doug has always been our main contact) for the nine years we have lived in the area. I had often said that if the sales department acts and operates like the service department does, I would want to buy my next vehicle here at Paoli Ford. Well, sales certainly upholds the reputation and caliber that we have come experience from the service area, hands down... Comprehensive, courteous and conscious of our (customers') needs. That is what we have experience over all a Paoli Ford, capped off with our recent sales experience with Jack and the rest of the team, and look forward to making our next purchase through them when it comes time to replace out other vehicle.
