The great service continues as usual. Just said car in for tune up brake job and a few other things and everything is excellent the timing was good and job was done when they said it would be. My parents, who are elderly, recently visited River View ford to check out a new Edge. While there, they met with John Hennesy who personally took care of them. My mom, who is very particular, asked for certain things on the vehicle. Not only were those needs met, They went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and getting exactly what they wanted. In a world where customer service is lacking, River view showed exactly what customer service should be. Its nice to know there are still car dealers out there that deal with people with integrity. John took care of my parents like they were his own and I really appreciated it. Thanks again River view!!
My cousin and I visited Hyundai on 11/28/18 to trade in her money pit Cadillac. Dee Zavala was so helpful that she talked me into trading my 2011 Sonata . I can't express how great she and the staff were, especially since we didn't have the best credit. They made it happen for my cousin and I. I walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL and my cousin a 2018 Elantra loaded. FYI this is my 3rd Sonata from Napleton.

I purchased my second RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville in September 2018. I originally had the 2017 RDX but after seeing the change in body style and cabin of the 2019, I had to have it. Greg Pew and Sharon were awesome during my first purchase and they were again awesome last month. The process was seamless, the time that was spent getting me familiar with the new cabin was great, and the financing process was quick and easy. My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
My experience at Ron Tirapelli Ford was excellent! My salesman Javon and general sales manager Robert were very accommodating and patient. They made sure that they weren't only selling a car but building a relationship. WAY TO GO TIRAPELLI TEAM!!
I worked with Jimmy to buy a used Ford Fusion Energi, and I cannot say enough good things about the car, process, salesman, and dealership. Although they made a mistake telling me I had a full warranty when I didn’t, they honored an issue I had with the car and fixed it for free. They pointed out a recall and fixed that, too. Truly great integrity, as they could have told me to take a hike for the one repair. Jimmy was very communicative and upfront. The dealer made a fair deal where both us walked away happy. If there is a car there that you like, go and talk to them. You’ll be glad you did.
From start to finish my experience with Roesch Ford was excellent! The greeting was friendly and my salesman Nick Petrasz was superb. Customer service to me is very important and that was just what I received from beginning to end.
Just came from The Sherman Dealer to buy a used Promaster... 18k miles window proce $21k, the dealer ended up making up all kinds BS and my total "out the door price" was close to $30k for a scratched up, dented Promaster that was making a sound in the suspension. They ran my credit and started telling me that everyone is declining me (I have good credit) and they would recommend buying a new one so I could get approved... I was going to walk out and a manager chased me down to tell me that one bank finally approved me but the interest will be high and I need a larger down payment. (Monthly payments $499/mo) The manager told me not to run my credit anywhere else because it will void my deal.

My total price was the sticker price plus my taxes... $5k less than the last dealer! He got me approved from the first bank, no hidden charges, no bs upsell. Monthly payments $388/mo He was Knowledgeable about all the different types of work vans and gave me other options and explained what he liked and didn't like about the model that I was buying. Honesty, professionalism and pride in putting the customer first. Buying Roesch Ford was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I have always felt uneasy around car salesman and I'm always looking out for the scams and lies but I can honestly say that I felt completely comfortable with everyone at this dealership!
The salesman was very professional and went out of his way to assist us in purchasing the vehicle we wanted. There were some minor misunderstandings during the process.
