I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value. I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from then.
Van Horn Hyundai ALWAYS provides us and our vehicle with all around 5 star service. Only hiccup this last visit is while we always have received a printout of their color coded multi-point inspection review along with the invoice every time we have had service done there, we did not receive a copy of that multi-point inspection review this time when we were in for an oil change. We like to keep copies of these things for our records so that we can provide a history of all services preformed on our vehicle, which we purchased from this dealership brand new(2017 Hyundai Elantra). I returned to the dealership the next day to inform them of this and they quickly provided the printout of the multi-point inspection review, no questions asked. Every time we deal with the people at Van Horn Hyundai, from the day we purchased the vehicle through every service appointment we've ever had with them, it's always been a 5 star experience. Thanks again Van Horn!
Curtious professional knowledgeable represented the product well presented the truck to me very clean and went through all the electronics with me glad to have a quality FORD dealer close to me will be doing future business with Klein.
My experience from the end of November until now has been a 2.5-3 Star.
Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.
Our salesman Bob West was great and really listened to what we wanted. No high pressure sales. Everyone there was great. My husband and I were blown away on how willing they were to work with us to keep us within our budget. Great experience.
Our dogs go everywhere with us and we are an active family. We knew we were going to need a bigger vehicle. We did our research on what we wanted and because of other friends giving positive reviews we went to Mighty. We found a vehicle that was everything we needed and they worked with us to make sure we get a price we could afford and found us a really good and affordable extended warranty. I am pleased because it wasn’t a pushy experience and they truly cared about what we had to say. After having the van a few weeks there were a few things that needed to be taken care of macanically that came up (no fault of the dealership) and they took care of it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond with customer service and overall experience. I would certainly go back and purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes and would recommend them to anyone that asked. Shout out to Cody for being awesome!
I been to many dealerships looking for a used car, most places you wait around all day for your purchase to be finalized "Not with Mighty!" All the sales people there are friendly and want to help you. Bob was my sales guy he was great, Trina was very helpful with my purchase.

I went into mighty with specific details of the car I wanted with year, model, and mileage. The salesman Cody walked back and forth through the lot and help me decided what was great for me. Having a salesman that understands buying a car is nerve racking and yet being patient through every hundreds of question I had was WONDERFUL! I wasn't sure about the finance part of it all, but then I talked with Trina! She is simply AMAZING! She went through every motion she's made to make sure I will get the car I want. Mentioning I'm a college student she was so sincere to make sure the payments were 'do-able' for me. If we needed to start all over she would do so. Anyone in the fox valley that is looking for a car do yourself a favor and go to Mighty!
I bought my car from Mighty about 5 months ago and the breaks recently started to squeal, so I talked to Mighty to see if there was something they could do. Cody told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Not only did they fix my breaks for me, they also went out of their way to fix my scratch that they noticed on my car. Since the first day I walked in to Mighty, Cody & the rest of the staff have made my experience amazing. I drove 2 hours just to be serviced by Mighty and I would do it again because I have never been to a dealership that treats their customers they way Mighty does.
I am interested in one of their used vehicles. Bergstrom has answered all my questions promptly and have remained in contact and have been very helpful.
