Excellent "Non-Pushy" Service- HIGHLY recommended

I am always skeptical about dealing with salespeople but the experience I had a Terry Henricks was phenomenal. First, ask for Josh Jones! Josh was easy to work with, made himself available at all hours of the day and night for questions and concerns and most importantly- treated us with respect as human beings, never once did we feel like a pawn in a sales pitch. Josh was very knowledgeable about our vehicle which leads me to believe that he either researched it beforehand or just knows a lot about cars/vans in general. Before our drive he sat with us in the vehicle and ran through all of the buttons and functions (which was a lot considering it has steering wheel controls and a touch screen with numerous features) as well as answered any "pre-drive" questions. He then rode with us on our drive, answering questions that came up and prompting us to check various elements of the vehicle that we would have otherwise not thought of like turn radius, high mph brake system, etc. He also walked us around the vehicle and made sure all of the seats, doors, buttons were functioning properly and made note of the concerns we had, looked into them and answered everything we asked. He was a joy to work with during our experience. Matt worked with us in financing and he as well took more time than expected explaining every detail of our financing and helping us to choose the option that worked best for our family- even though it was not the option that would have made him or the bank the most money. He was personable and a joy to work with as well. There was a woman in sales, Sarah, who was especially friendly and we a couple of nice "normal" conversations while I was awaiting my vehicle; based on our limited interaction I would easily recommend her as well. The dealership was clean and every single person we passed said hello to us and asked if we needed help in any way. After purchasing the vehicle I noticed a few quirks at higher speeds that I didn't reach during the test drive (note: if you drive 75-80 on a normal basis then drive 75-80 during the test drive as well!) so I reached out to Josh and the dealership addressed my concerns and fixed my vehicle free of charge almost a week after ownership. The fix was simple but still I was blown away that they agreed to fix it, no questions asked and no haggling. The only issue I had was that while linking our vehicle to a secondary key fab the first fab became unusable and we didn't realize it until a week after being home. I never called them and asked for them to fix it because they have done so much for us already but have to believe that they would have if I asked. I would easily recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I live one hour away and it was easily worth the drive to work with them.
