Skip asked us what we were looking for and showed us a few cars that were possibilities. No pressure. The paperwork flowed well. The loan they got for us was good too. The people we dealt with were nice, not smarmy. We have taken our vehicles there for service and repair. We highly recommend Van Drunen.
My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
We bought 2 used cars just a few weeks apart (one for me, one for my son), and the experiences at the 2 different dealerships could not have been more different. We will come back to Rod Baker Ford again and highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Ryan in sales and Steve in finance. Both were very personable, answered questions, and explained everything very thoroughly. We never felt pushed, and we sincerely appreciate how careful Steve was when explaining every aspect of the financing, especially because at the other shifty dealership , that other finance person tried to cheat us in multiple ways so we had to triple check the math and have inflated charges removed. The interest rate we were given at Rod Baker Ford was 4 points lower than what the other dealership gave us, coming from the same lender and using the same credit score and a similar car price. Car buying can be a very stressful situation since it is such a huge purchase, and you really want to buy from people who are trustworthy. The staff at Rod Baker Ford are good people -- it's worth it to check them out even if it is a drive!
Looking for a car for my daughter who is finishing up her last semester of school and found a car at this dealer on CARS.COM.
I called to make sure the vehicle was still there as we live about 1.5 hours away from the dealership, spoke with Ryan and we headed out.
When we arrived Ryan informed us that there were other buyers there that had just put in an application to purchase the used car we came to see so we could not drive it, but Ryan did take us out to walk around it. We decided to wait and see what happened and Ryan provided us with a beverage as we walked the lot waiting.
About 20 minutes passed, Ryan found us on the lot and we went for a test drive. My daughter ended up getting approved on her own through Ford and she purchased the vehicle.
The car was CPO, so the process was fairly straight forward and relatively quick. We had arrived around 7:30pm and were out the door by 9:00pm with a clean car and full tank of gas.
Was approached by Freddy when we came to the dealer. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. He was helpful and easy to deal with. Time spent at the dealer was shorter than I had anticipated for the purchase of a new vehicle. I absolutely love my 2019 Forester!!
My experience with salesman Nick was pleasant and he knew his product very well. He was very professional and he sold me a nice used car with low miles and a great price. The finance department was great and I was in and out of there in no time. Thank You for a pleasant and no pressure transaction. Very Happy!
My experience at Napleton was great. Aj Wood gets 5 stars from me. Aj was understanding with everything, very friendly, and wasn???t pressuring me into getting anything. I told him where i wanted to be with my payments and they made it happen. I would Definitely recommend this dealership. All the staff were very friendly.
Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!

I have been wanting a Audi S4 for sometime, based on a family member's recommendation of Ultimo, I checked their website, and found the exact car I was looking for, I stopped in to check it out and was greeted my Michael. Michael was very easy going and very knowledgeable. He let me test drive the car, and let me check it out. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I went home to think about it, and ended up going back a few days later to test drive it again and ended up buying it. About a week after buying it, the transmission started making noise. I contacted Michael and Scott at Ultimo, they had me take it in to a shop that they prefer. Turns out the transmission needed to be replaced. Ultimo paid for the replacement and provided a loaner car for me. I am very glad to have my S4 back! Michael and Scott were very pleasant to work with. I look forward to doing business with such a stand up place again.
The great service continues as usual. Just said car in for tune up brake job and a few other things and everything is excellent the timing was good and job was done when they said it would be. My parents, who are elderly, recently visited River View ford to check out a new Edge. While there, they met with John Hennesy who personally took care of them. My mom, who is very particular, asked for certain things on the vehicle. Not only were those needs met, They went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and getting exactly what they wanted. In a world where customer service is lacking, River view showed exactly what customer service should be. Its nice to know there are still car dealers out there that deal with people with integrity. John took care of my parents like they were his own and I really appreciated it. Thanks again River view!!
