Called and inquired about a 2015 Wrx they had in stock. They answered and told me they had in stock and went there to check and look at car. When getting there they had the car washed and easily accessible to test drive. Negation and working on a deal on vehicle was great and they were very easy to work with and helped in every way to make a deal for both sides. They cleaned the car nicely and made the shopping experience way easier compared to other places. Brad and everyone on staff was great to work with and will definitely go back for future purchases.
Bought a Mercedes from them. There wasn't an extra key, even though I was told there was during initial negotiation. Still purchased the vehicle.
Received a call about a month later that the previous owner had returned the spare key. Was told that it would be sent to me via certified mail. Waited about two weeks and did not receive the key. Called the dealership and Zachary told me that it may have been sent out and would check. Waited another week or so and hadnt received the key or heard back. Called Zachary again, and he told me that he would check. Waited ANOTHER week, and still no response. Called AGAIN, and Zachary sounded agitated that I was calling, like I was inconveniencing him. Same response from him, and no return phone call. Now when I call, someone takes a message for him, and no one has returned my call with an update.
It's been 5 weeks since the initial contact and no key, no contact.
After good initial vibe purchasing from them, won't be purchasing from them this when my girlfriend starts her car shopping.
I walked into this dealership to really only talk numbers on a vehicle that I was interested in. Sales consultant Max and his team made sure to really work with me and get the car at the best price, and they did! I left the dealership very satisfied because I didn't expect to leave with the car so fast. Everyone at Biggers Mitsubishi was very polite and friendly, great people! I would definitely come back to this location for any future purchases.

This is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Gjovik Ford. Iggy Campos has sold me all of them and besides being extremely personable, I have found him to be knowledgeable about the products he sells. I have also found the deals to be fair and the process to deliver the new car to be top notch.

My parents, who are elderly, recently visited River View ford to check out a new Edge. While there, they met with John Hennesy who personally took care of them. My mom, who is very particular, asked for certain things on the vehicle. Not only were those needs met, They went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and getting exactly what they wanted. In a world where customer service is lacking, River view showed exactly what customer service should be. Its nice to know there are still car dealers out there that deal with people with integrity. I was looking for 2016 Mazda 6 GT in the area. I found the desired car at Continental Mazda of Naperville. From my first visit until the moment I bought the car, I was served well and the test-drive was very good and the dealership has their own drive track and was given ample time to test-drive the car. I was given the detailed demo of the car with all its specs, so that it gave me a clear idea of what am buying. I got the car for a fair price. On the delivery day, the car was given in a very clean condition with all the fluids filled and full gas tank. I appreciate their service.
