We started our process looking for our next car by looking around all over the internet for the perfect Mercedes. As fate had it, our perfect match for an E400 was located at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. Even though we were in a spot to buy as inventory moves quickly, Greg and Tom were never pushy or aggressive with their sales technique. A technique that both my wife and I appreciated. We took time to think over the prospect of buying the E400. It just made sense and these were the people we wanted to give our business to. The buying process and financing team that we worked with, including Jose Gomez, were a breeze to work with for this purchase. I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. Super to deal with! I shopped for a car for my sister. I've never personally dealt with a car salesman before, and I was wary of being taken advantage of, and thought it would be difficult to get a good deal. Nothing could be further from the truth! Not only was I treated more than fairly and respectfully, I absolutely know we got a great deal! I will certainly think of them first for my next purchase, even though we live hours away. I have seen and been closely connected to others who were taken advantage of at other dealerships, and boy, a dealership I can trust is more than worth the trip!
Called and inquired about a 2015 Wrx they had in stock. They answered and told me they had in stock and went there to check and look at car. When getting there they had the car washed and easily accessible to test drive. Negation and working on a deal on vehicle was great and they were very easy to work with and helped in every way to make a deal for both sides. They cleaned the car nicely and made the shopping experience way easier compared to other places. Brad and everyone on staff was great to work with and will definitely go back for future purchases.
