Sales consultant Max and his team made sure to really work with me and get the car at the best price, and they did! Called and inquired about a 2015 Wrx they had in stock. They answered and told me they had in stock and went there to check and look at car. When getting there they had the car washed and easily accessible to test drive. Negation and working on a deal on vehicle was great and they were very easy to work with and helped in every way to make a deal for both sides. We started our process looking for our next car by looking around all over the internet for the perfect Mercedes. As fate had it, our perfect match for an E400 was located at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. At the time, my wife and I only were in the beginning stages for figuring out what our next car was going to be. I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. I bought Honda Civic 2014. Many options for Japanese cars at reasonable price. They price to sell the cars instead of spending time in negotiations .please don’t go over the facility as we don’t need nice facility to get a good price on the car

I have been wanting a Audi S4 for sometime, based on a family member's recommendation of Ultimo, I checked their website, and found the exact car I was looking for, I stopped in to check it out and was greeted my Michael. Michael was very easy going and very knowledgeable. He let me test drive the car, and let me check it out. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I went home to think about it, and ended up going back a few days later to test drive it again and ended up buying it. About a week after buying it, the transmission started making noise. I contacted Michael and Scott at Ultimo, they had me take it in to a shop that they prefer. Turns out the transmission needed to be replaced. Ultimo paid for the replacement and provided a loaner car for me. I am very glad to have my S4 back! Michael and Scott were very pleasant to work with. I look forward to doing business with such a stand up place again.
