I???d been looking for a car for a few months, searching dealerships online and in person. After a few initial emails, Ryanwas very helpful in talking to me about what they had available and in my price range. The website is very responsive and is always updating so there were many options. Within the first visit, I had test driven my car, filled out all the paperwork and was able to leave with the car on a Saturday! The staff is very friendly and filled with positive vibes. I will be recommending to anyone in the tri-state area to choose Kar Korner!
I was suspicious of the battery when the car was completely dead, and charging and jumping didn't help, but wasn't sure if something else in the electrical system might be involved. I had the car towed to Manley's Wednesday afternoon, they had a maintenance slot open on Friday afternoon, but the service department called at 9:00 Thursday morning and said it was done! Now that's great service! Thanks so much!
I live in Illinois and was searching for a jeep wrangler. I looked all over and found a jeep at the Used Car Factory. Contacted the dealership and talked to Joe and set up a time to look at it. Everything was there as Joe said and ready for me. Joe was very helpful and let me take my time and didn't give any pressure at all. I ended up leaving that day, contacted the dealership again and talked to Jay, Joe's brother. I set up a time to come and take the car to an outside mechanic for a 3rd party review. Jay was totally agreeable and was easy to work with as well. I feel I was treated very fairly and Joe, Jay and Dean (Dean is another member of the team) all were very open an honest. Buying a used car means there will be some issues with the car, after all it is used, but I feel very confident in recommending the Used Car Factory. Joe, Jay and Dean all work as a team and are all straight shooters. Bottom line is they seem to work by the golden rule, Do unto others as you would have them do to you. They will treat you fairly.
I was treated courteously and quickly. This is an absolutely great service group. The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will find it. They are always willing to go above and beyond the call!! Vehicle was in and out sooner than expected and done properly. I have the greatest regard for Service Rep. Alisha, Manager Sean and Scot the OPS manager. They all go the extra mile.
Super to deal with! I shopped for a car for my sister. I've never personally dealt with a car salesman before, and I was wary of being taken advantage of, and thought it would be difficult to get a good deal. Nothing could be further from the truth! Not only was I treated more than fairly and respectfully, I absolutely know we got a great deal! I will certainly think of them first for my next purchase, even though we live hours away. I have seen and been closely connected to others who were taken advantage of at other dealerships, and boy, a dealership I can trust is more than worth the trip!
Everyone was very nice and you can tell they care. It feels like they are treating you like family and are very honest and don't try to over sell you. Fair pricing, clean facilities with wi fi and fast service
I've dealt with Tom Peck Ford for more than 20 years now and am impressed with how friendly, courteous, and professional the entire staff is. Service department has always treated me fairly and both routine service and unexpected repairs are done promptly and done right.
No call back and I did like the truck that I was looking at.
