Al Piemonte Ford review
My experience pertains specifically to the Ford service department - not the actual car dealership. So this place is clearly under new management. After getting some ridiculous estimates from other mechanics and body shops, I decided to give this place a try…. I got outstanding service from Pat Gavin. He quickly got me estimates which confirmed my suspicions that the other mechanics were trying to gorge me into paying for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Pat & team were able to fix several problems that had been lingering on my car for several months. I always postponed getting these things fixed because other mechanics wanted literally $5-10k for what seemed like small issues. I’m ecstatic to have finally found someone in this industry that conducts business with (1) integrity and (2) high standards in delivering quality! It’s such a relief to know where to go to get my car fixed without getting guided into a bunch of high priced and unnecessary work. I also got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!! Everything from the service to the price to the quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations. 1 month later my car is running as good as new. If only everything in the auto industry (particularly the service & repair industry) was run this way.

Murgado Ford of Chicago review
I had the pleasure of working with Tray at Murgado Ford of Chicago while looking for a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve AWD for my wife. From the moment I reached out by phone to inquire about the vehicle Stock: 24L117, Tray was incredibly personable and transparent. He took the time to provide me with all the information I needed, making me feel at ease about the purchase. With a growing family, including one child and another expected in May, it's important to make the right choice, and Tray made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and genuine care for my needs were evident, and I truly appreciate his efforts in helping us find the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend Tray and Murgado Ford for anyone in the market for a new car!

Murgado Ford of Chicago review
Great Experience Working with Tray at Murgado Ford I’ve been shopping around for a new work truck, and I can honestly say that working with Tray at Murgado Ford has been a great experience so far. A friend of mine recommended Tray after they had a positive experience purchasing a vehicle earlier this year, and I’m so glad they did. As a contractor who does a lot of driving and occasionally hauls a trailer, I had specific needs for my next truck, and Tray has been incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the right option. From the start, Tray took the time to listen to my needs and provided personalized recommendations that fit my lifestyle. He didn’t just try to sell me a truck; instead, he made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for, from towing capabilities to comfort for long drives. He explained the features of the 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning Pro AWD Automatic in detail, and based on my needs, it seems like it could be a great fit. What really impressed me about Tray was his approach to customer service. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about finding the right vehicle for his customers. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire process feel smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain things and ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Although I haven’t made the purchase yet, my experience with Tray so far has been fantastic, and I look forward to continuing to work with him. If you’re in the market for a vehicle and want someone who listens to your needs and provides honest, expert advice, I highly recommend reaching out to Tray at Murgado Ford.

Awesome experience for my first BIG car purchase! I worked with Kevin Emling to get my dream car in the price range I needed it while the market is still in the hole. We found my car and was never pressured throughout my selection and decisions which at other dealerships in the past I have being a young girl to get something more expensive. The process of getting my car was painless and everything was explained throughly to me on what I was paying as well as my trade in I was over the moon with! If you go to Taylor Ford in Manteno I highly recommend asking for Kevin. If your not able to get him I’m more than sure your in greats hands with anyone else there. Great place will be coming back when I decided I need another upgrade!

My experience at D'Orazio Ford, was beyond my expectations. I had dealt with 3 different car dealers prior to going to D'Orazio Ford, and I wish I had gone to them first! I was completely taken aback, by their honest, no hassle approach. These guys are so down to earth, and just all around great, family oriented people. You'll be treated with respect and they'll go the extra mile to customize a deal, to fit your needs. Stop in and ask for Justin or Christian, you won't regret it! D'Orazio Ford sets the industry standard in Customer Service!

Ford of Homewood review
I recently purchased my Chevrolet Blazer EV RS from Ford of Homewood and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. After visiting several dealerships and looking at multiple vehicles that same day, Ford of Homewood stood out by far because of their outstanding customer service and positive energy. The team worked hard to make sure I received the best deal possible while also making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and truly taken care of. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me during such an important decision. I would absolutely recommend Ford of Homewood to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for such a great experience! Thanks, Tanika Lee

Fair Oaks Ford review
Our experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln was exceptional. Robert, our sales representative, is a dictionary of insight into the Lincoln brand and capabilities. We were able to do a lot of the prerequisite work via phone - we live out of state -- and secure the deal in person. Everything was top-notch. I highly recommend the team at Fair Oaks.
