I had a great experience working with my salesman, Matt! He was very nice, helpful, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and not stressful at all. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, he was still very patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. I really appreciated his time and help, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I worked with Fira to purchase a new car and he was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience effortless and worked hard to ensure I found the car that met my needs. The entire process was smooth and free of any high pressure sales tactics. I genuinely felt Fira was invested in providing strong service. I highly recommend anyone to work with Fira.

Great customer service, everyone was very helpful. I didn't buy the car I came in for because they had so many different options. The cars were clean, the showroom was amazing and everyone was very inviting. Thank you Motor Hub

I was looking for something for my grandson (cheap) and I saw the 1999 f250 which caught MY attention. It looked beautiful to me and when called about it… I was too late. So still looking for him because he is driving my F150 to Shelton until he finds a ride. At least he’s got job.? The sales lady got back to pretty quick and said if I needed any more help please give her a call.

My daughter has been going to college and saving for her 1st car. After countless days of researching she stumbled upon Regency USA with a car she liked. After the initial phone call to RICHARD, we felt extremely comfortable to drive 44 miles to see the car. When we arrived there was no pressure, he treated the entire family in a friendly way. Buying a car during covid-19, is a new experience for everyone. Richard and the other members of the staff were completely understanding. Highly recommend to give this dealership a call

I made an appointment to look at a car that I found online. Test drove the car within 15 minutes of arrival and out the door with temporary tags and all paperwork completed before I even had a chance to get antsy. Mike Stickle is the most efficient car salesman I've ever come across! By the way......I got a great deal!
