Harbro Auto SalesReviews
Harbro Auto Sales review
Top‑notch people with a total focus on the customer from beginning to end. As a small business owner who strives to provide the best service possible, I’m excited to share our very positive experience with Harbro. Prior to working with Harbro, I had visited one of the large dealership competitors, which was a completely impersonal experience and left me with no intention of ever considering them for future service vehicle purchases. Harbro was the exact opposite—professional, attentive, and customer‑focused throughout the entire process. We look forward to working with the Harbro team on future purchases and will gladly choose them over the big dealerships going forward.

Autobahn USA Westborough review
Marjorie and Autobahn were such a positive experience after a month of very negative experiences at other dealerships! They were responsive, transparent, respectful and attentive! I’m delighted to have found a 2015 Forester and feel very confident about my purchase! Very grateful for Marjorie and the Autobahn team! Rachel R.

Casey was easy to work with. Love the test drive; just gave me the keys and said check it out. Deal was simple and to the point from both sides. Truck was great, they detailed and got me out quicker than anywhere I’ve ever been. No high pressure B.S. here. Thanks Impex and Casey!

Empire Ford Inc.Reviews
Empire Ford Inc. review
I would like to send a big thank you to Ashley Couto for continually providing me with exceptional service. My truck has been in many times over the years for regular maintenance and service and she never disappoints! She takes the time to make sure everything gets fixed and advises me on the unseen issues. She’ll call me and say , we noticed this or that and asks me if I would like to fix it while it’s there and I usually always do! Ashley is one of the reasons why I would definitely keep buying vehicles from them!

Family Ford EnfieldReviews
Family Ford Enfield review
I had an excellent experience with Family Ford’s mobile service for my 2015 Ford F-150. Thomas made scheduling easy and explained that both my factory recall and oil change could be handled right in my driveway. Technician Jacob Wyman arrived on time, sent advance notice, and explained everything clearly. He also advised against rotating tires that needed replacement, which I appreciated. That kind of honest advice builds trust. Jacob checked other areas of the truck, reset the dashboard service reminder, and recorded a professional video walk-around explaining the completed work. He took time to answer questions and left my driveway perfectly clean. The convenience was terrific, but Jacob’s professionalism and attention to detail made the experience stand out. Thank you, Jacob and Thomas! I highly recommend Family Ford and will definitely use them for future service.

Bonnell FordReviews
Bonnell Ford review
We recently bought our third Bronco from Bonnell Ford. The sales staff is always very friendly and professional. We've worked with Ben who's takes the stress and haggling out of buying a new car. We have been so happy with the Bronco that now everyone in the family drives one. I previously drove Cadillac's and was never happy with the sales or service. Bonnell Ford is great! Their service department is also very helpful and professional. They even offer a service to drop your car back to your house when the work is done. Overall we love working with all of the sales and service staff at Bonnell. We will continue to buy our cars from them in the future. Great dealership!
