After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. Fantastic experience -the buying and trade-in process was very smooth and easy! Rob Ehrig found the perfect vehicle for me (GMC Terrain AWD), and I love it. He explained all the functions and features completely and helped set everything up (phone pairing, On-Star, etc.). I am very pleased with the experience and will highly recommend Star GMC as the dealership to use.

If you have a big family or car pool like I do you need this van wow I love my new / used van plenty of room and if you don’t need some seats you can remove them to make room for other things if needed

Used it for doing tours in Big Sur, Monterey, Carmel and the coastal areas and always was able to get uphill and have plenty of power with 15 people in it. Works great for touring and transportation. Comfortable ride, great head room, half the price of the Mercedes and Gray is the best color! Mid roof is the best option because of the wind and head room. Ride is nice.

So helpful… no tricks.. the price was the price … plus taxes & DMV That was it Khader and Mike are First Class They made something that can be complexed, simple, streamlined and a pleasure. Would definitely recommend and/or go back in the future.

Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

I’ve been having both my 2015 and 2020 Sonatas serviced at Fred Beans, where I bought them. And I’ll be buying the 2023 as soon as it’s available. I live in Bridgewater. There are more convenient Hyundai dealers for me. But I’ve had nothing but top notch, courteous service there in Flemington, and I have no intention of going elsewhere. Sales people are great, service folks are top notch and staff is first rate. I’ve never had a problem, a complaint or a regret.

I had a great experience with Discount Auto. I bought a used Volvo that was inspected, had new wipers, new tires, pretty new battery, and they threw in an alignment when I mentioned there was a wobble as I did a test drive. The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I will buy from Bill again, he is very kind and his staff is above par with their accommodations!

Love the visibility! Drives like a van though much bigger. So far, gas mileage is not what has been advertised in media. I wish there were a 2 inch receiver instead of 1 1/4 inch receiver so I could use a platform for transport of small scooter. If one uses an 1 1/4 to 2 inch extender the weight limit is reduced.

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.
