I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
I bought a car from Bentley dealer in Las Vegas few years ago. The customer service was great. Me and my wife received the same type of customer service here couple days ago when we bought a car for my wife. Everything was smooth. Daniel our sales rep and Craig the sales manager were both great. So was everyone else. Craig would find excuse after excuse to give us better deal after deal after deal and after deal. The only thing was left is to just give us the car for free.
I also love the fact that sales people are cool with eacother. Every other dealer we been to we found that it's a cut throat style between all the sales reps. Not here though. Other sales people would find an excuse to talk to us or ask us questions while our sales person was down on his knees making sure the car was shiny enough and cleaning every little thing on it.
While I am a Mercedes Guy. I will keep the new NSX in mind!
I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from Folsom lake Honda and also had all 4 vehicles serviced here as well. Every visit my experience has been amazing. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car. This place is great, honestly if your looking for a car you need to go see them you won’t be disappointed.
I was trying to decide which car I wanted. Greg and Anthony were more than accommodating. I drove a Stinger (what a wonderfully fun care to drive). Did I say Fun, I mean FUN FUN FUN! Then a Kia Sportage. The Sportage met all the needs of our family. I did not buy at that time. I live in Oregon so I came home and went to other dealers. I did go back to Greg and he ordered the car for me. He was wonderful. When the car (Lola) arrived, I met Rodney. He was great! He brought the car to me, and explained it to me. He also has answered several questions since. What a wonderful job every one there has done to help me with the car I need. "Lola" is a beauty, and a great car!
If you're like me, then you hate experience of shopping for a new vehicle. Sales people are exhausting and turn an exciting time in your life into a horrible one...NOT AT Folsom Lake Kia. Joe Romiez was my salesman and he listened to my car needs, was extremely patient and went above and beyond when he did additional research for me. The process overall was very good and I would recommend everyone shop and buy their next vehicle from Folsom Lake Kia...you won't regret it!
A new car buyer , was interested in a used Kia . But got approved for a brand new Kia . The employees were nice and helped me out a lot I couldn't of chosen a better place to get my first new car .. thank you so much Folsom lake Kia !!
We have bought a Kia Sorento from here and a few days ago bought a Kia Niro. It is an excellent car and we are loving having a hybrid car. The dealership did an excellent job in showing us all their cars and our overall experience was good and everything was taken care of very nicely.
I intended to buy a used Hyundai Tucson or Sport. A friend suggested I try Kia products. I went to Folsom Lake Kia to test drive a Sportage, had a great salesman who was friendly, professional and patient with me. I left after the initial test drive - no pressure, no attitude. When I returned ready to buy a new Sportage, I received the same friendly and helpful and respectful interaction from everyone I encountered throughout the entire process.
From my experience, the employees in this dealership are willing to do everything possible to make the customer happy and the management gives them authority to do just that. Kudos to the employees and to the management!
It was over a 200 mile drive from where I live but it was worth the drive. I left with the vehicle I had seen online and at a great price!!
The guys there were all very friendly and when we noticed an issue with the latch on the rear folding seat, they went to Acura, bought the part and repaired it before I left the lot. Buying a vehicle can be overwhelming but they were very easy to work with and I left with a vehicle I am thrilled with.

5 months ago I found a 330I BMW at Superior Motors and had a great CarFax report. I talked to Sam and Arsen and told them how much money I had and was looking for a reliable car to go to school. They were great!!!! they worked with me and made it possible for me to have my car for my Birthday which was on January 1. I came in and was given a friendly greeting by Sam, one of the owners. Both of them are great to talk to. They treat me like family and I can count on them, anytime I have a question or concern they are there to answer my call or return my message.
