I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
I bought a car from Bentley dealer in Las Vegas few years ago. The customer service was great. Me and my wife received the same type of customer service here couple days ago when we bought a car for my wife. Everything was smooth. Daniel our sales rep and Craig the sales manager were both great. So was everyone else. Craig would find excuse after excuse to give us better deal after deal after deal and after deal. The only thing was left is to just give us the car for free.
I also love the fact that sales people are cool with eacother. Every other dealer we been to we found that it's a cut throat style between all the sales reps. Not here though. Other sales people would find an excuse to talk to us or ask us questions while our sales person was down on his knees making sure the car was shiny enough and cleaning every little thing on it.
While I am a Mercedes Guy. I will keep the new NSX in mind!
The 2 salesmen I had were really great. My trips to check out and test drive cars were spread out over 3 weeks. No pressure, just patience with showing me and test driving used cars. Jeff and Chris were amazing . I will definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.
I didn't even know if I could qualify for a car. I knew if I did it would have to be a used car. I drove away that day in a brand new KIA. They made it happen with the down payment I wanted as well as under the monthly payment I wanted. They are great!!!
I was online just searching and calculating my trade-in and payments for a brand new 2018 Stinger GT in the Ceramic Silver which the Folsom Lake Kia is the only dealer that has it in stock within 50 miles where I live. Then just 10 minutes I received a call from Steve asking if I was interesting in a Stinger. I wasn't expecting it but I went with it and give Steve the rundown that I am looking to trade-in and a possible price match with an offer from another dealer. Steve glad to help and I sent over what I was expecting for my trade-in and my prices and just let Steve know if he can make my deal then I will go in. Steve called back within 20 minutes later and said he could make the deal but they would like to look at my trade-in. So then I drove there and met Steve and he was so friendly to show me what hes come up with and just needed to look at my trade-in and then get approve from the manager Jeff. After some waiting and back and fourth, finally came back with numbers I was expecting and I was moving along and signing papers and made my purchase. I was happy with what Steve and Jeff was able to pull together my trade-in, a great price, and qualify my finance that I wanted. Thank you so Jeff and Steve for the quick, easy, and painless purchase of my new Stinger.
Folsom Lake Kia Service Department makes owning a Kia a great experience, they took care of my recall in a faster time then I was expecting. Complementary car wash too. Van, the Customer Service Advisor, was professional, friendly,and sincere.
The customer service department rep are very nice and helpful, offering great amenities while you wait. They also have a vehicle shuttle at Folsom Lake Ford you can take to go grab a bite nearby. I changed my mind and had coffee. To my surprise, they were finished with my vehicle services needed. I've had my vehicle for 3 years, and I can honestly say, that my experiences at Folsom Lake Kia have given me the best car ownership experiences you could ask for. They strive to do better. What more can you say about any other service department. I look forward to future car ownership experiences with Folsom Lake Kia, hands down! Thank you!

I was trying to decide which car I wanted. Greg and Anthony were more than accommodating. I drove a Stinger (what a wonderfully fun care to drive). Did I say Fun, I mean FUN FUN FUN! Then a Kia Sportage. The Sportage met all the needs of our family. I did not buy at that time. I live in Oregon so I came home and went to other dealers. I did go back to Greg and he ordered the car for me. He was wonderful. When the car (Lola) arrived, I met Rodney. He was great! He brought the car to me, and explained it to me. He also has answered several questions since. What a wonderful job every one there has done to help me with the car I need. "Lola" is a beauty, and a great car!

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car. We recently purchased a new 2018 Countryman, ordering a new 2018 model in June of this year. The total experience was great as the model ordered is just what was wanted and was delivered as expected. Our sales advisor (Creed Cate) was excellent in explaining all issues when special ordering and had great follow up with the process as the new car progressed in manufacturing.
