Made and appointment for my scheduled maintenance on my 2023 Rogue. Got checked in and the service was done in a very reasonable time. Mike our Service advisor recommended a lesser priced but better option on wiper blades that I needed replaced. Appreciated the suggestion. Shout outs r due when u meet someone that goes up and beyond ur expectations, that does not just they job but moves to make a customer happy in every form possible. I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! I would highly recommend them. K & K PS Really liked being able to look at the cars on the website (great way to save some time.)

Spacious,reliable, comfortable. A real conversation piece. Wide aisles allow passengers to move about easily. Tall ceiling allows for easy loading of car seats. Ecoboost give the vehicle a lot of get up and go.

It’s is a great minivan that can either be used for a family, work or/both . It has a clean title and is in great condition. I’m selling it because I need to down size .

If you do your homework you will find that they offer quality used cars at a very fair price.The sales experience was nothing like I was used to at a brand-based dealership, and am confident that we will come back when we are ready for another vehicle. We felt very comfortable at the dealership and the low pressure environment was fabulous.

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

We flew all the way from Oklahoma to pick up a new Ford F650 Wrecker. We worked with Alan Beery to get the truck over the phone. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet him when we picked up the truck but the rest of the staff made us feel like part of the family and were very professional in helping us. we highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great deal and very nice folks! I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.
