While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. Karl here at rides unlimited was beyond helpful on our buying experience. He was able to somehow Get us down to the price range we wanted and worked on the overall price the whole time. Even when we thought we had what we thought was the best deal he continued to work and somehow found us something even better. The selection here has something for every price range and the staff goes above and beyond.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

The seller was very helpful and upfront. I was made extremely comfortable in his knowledge of the vehicle and the vehicles they were selling. Even though I was an out of state buyer they worked on a deal that was good enough that I was going to move forward with them in purchasing and then have them deliver the car to my doorstep. I decided on another vehicle that came up closer to home and didn't purchase from them but the courtesy they provided and the experience that I had with them is worthy of a good review and would recommend doing business with them.

Looking forward to the Ford experience. But so far I'm very happy with my new purchase. If I had to leave a review based on the test drive and the drive home, I love the way it handles.
