My daughter was in need of a car. I had shopped at MW Auto before so decided to take a look at the inventory. Was quite pleased they had a vehicle under $5000. She took a test drive in the car and liked it. I gave them a call and we worked out all the details over the phone. She picked the car up 2 days later. Amazing!!! Where else could this happen?? When I arrived at MNW auto sales when he greeted me in the lot at a couple of questions and asked her if I could test drive a specific vehicle that I was there to see you made my bank decision it was very simple it was no pressure I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price and they gave me a decent price for my trade-in I would purchase a car from Lenny again without even thinking about it

I was looking to buy a used, full size, Suburban for our family to take on long road trips and vacations. After looking online for days and test driving several vehicles, I found an ad for a 2010 Chevy Suburban at Community Auto Sales. The folks at Community auto were nothing but patient, helpful and accommodating. I test drove the SUV several times and decided it was the right car for our family. The price was already great but because I wanted to get a back up camera Darryl lowered the price to make sure I didn't have to come out of pocket any extra to have it installed. Once we purchased the vehicle there were a couple of small mechanical hiccups that couldn't have been anticipated and Darryl and his wife went above and beyond to do all that they could to ensure my great buying experience didn't turn into buyers remorse. We have had nothing but a great experience and plan on coming back again for our future car buying needs.
I love everything about this dealership. They are the gold standard for all Volvo Service teams. I purchased my car from another dealer, but will not take it back there ever, having worked with Volvo of Richmond. The service professionals keep you informed of the nature, expense and timing of the appointment. The shuttle team is punctual and personable, and the car comes back in great shape. Kudos all around. Special note that the dealership sent an email overview of the condition of the car, followed by an email and phone call post service. Great team.

I have nothing but praise for this dealership and it's employees, which are all second to none. A couple of year ago I've purchased my first used vehicle at this dealership, not knowing WHAT to expect of a used vehicle, but gave it a shot as I gifted my Camry to my daughter to use at college. The vehicle inspection on this vehicle was so thorough, that in all my years driving the Tuscon I had not a single days of trouble with it. My only expense was filling up with gas, the annual oil replacement and a one-time brake and battery replacement. When I was in the market for another vehicle, I immediately thought about Pearson Mazda due to my previous experience and their track record. I did not regret it. After multiple test drives and comparison research between the Tuscon, Rav-4 and XR-5, I've decided on the Mazda XR-5 and cannot be happier with my choice or the most impressive and effective customer service provided by James Balsamo, Joseph Jackson and Kevin Johnson. They are all absolutely outstanding professionals that take excellent care of their customers, knows their product and are easy to work with. My overall experience with Pearson Mazda was superb. I purchased my first vehicle with them back in 2004 and another for my daughter February 2018. Now it was my turn to purchase a vehicle. My 45th birthday gift to myself. My search started about a month ago with Joseph Jackson. He was very patient and attentive to my needs. He listened to my wants and needs and found the perfect vehicle for me. I could not find a CX-5 that I liked in my price range and had begun looking for other vehicles. A week or so had gone by and he called me and asked me to come by and give him a chance. I did and so glad I did. He found the perfect CX-5 for me in my price range and color I wanted. That is commitment. You don't find that nowadays. I was not forgotten about becuase I did not purchase the other vehicles from him that I test drove. He kept me in mind and as soon as he saw one he thought would be to my liking, he reached out. Joe Jackson job well done! Thank you for being persistent, but not overbearing. You made my car shopping experience Fantabulous! I would like to add that everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. Kevin Johnson was extremely helpful too. We went in for service to one vehicle, an the Service Advisor Jeremy mentions about buying the Silverado, which the Courtesy Vehicle was a Silverado. This Dealership is one of the Best that We have been. You can see the Teamwork, from the Service Advisor suggests, then he calls the Salesman. The process was simple, no pushing.
