My daughter was in need of a car. I had shopped at MW Auto before so decided to take a look at the inventory. Was quite pleased they had a vehicle under $5000. She took a test drive in the car and liked it. I gave them a call and we worked out all the details over the phone. She picked the car up 2 days later. Amazing!!! Where else could this happen?? I actually didn???t want to let go of my 2011 copper man! I loved driving it, loved the service department, and loved my overall experience with Crown Mini! However, my husband found a 2018 copper man on the premises with little mileage and after seeing it and driving it, I decided it was meant for me! Ric, Steve and Angie in the service department make it so I do not want to even think about a different car!! Niffen, Tim and Frank were absolutely the best to deal with for the transaction! Love my new Mini Countryman!
They took great care of this long-distance customer!

We drove up from Wilmington, NC in search of just the right MINi. Nithin met us upon arrival and devoted the remainder of the day to finding us the right car, and he sure did! James Gardner was equally awesome, making sure we had the right car for us, and finally, Tim Stapler was very helpful, courteous and thorough in handling the financial portion of the sale. We are thrilled with our new Countryman and Crown MINI of Richmond has my highest recommendation.
Steven Hunnewell was the best service manager Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He fixed my problem and went the extra mile to provide additional services. I wish to only deal with him in the future.
In 2003, I bought a little Gold, 2 door, stick shift MiniCooper, one of the 1st in Richmond from Richmond Crown Mini. Had it for 14 YEARS with NO problems. Drove it in once a year for an inspection & oil change. Lovely staff. Rick Nelson was my first & only service Representative. Just traded it in at 98.6K miles for a new Mini, this time automatic :)) The a/c is WAY better than in 2003, love the Sirius radio, and the car seems heavier & is a bit fancier! Rick Nelson is always understanding and very accommodating & competent. Will be a loyal customer here for the rest of my life!
I've purchased my vehicle out of state. Came to Mercedes Benz dealership to get my inspection done. Service guys were very friendly, front desk gentleman was very professional, BUT, whoever answered the phone in answering service was rude. It was my first time at the dealership, I wasn't sure where to pull my vehicle in for an inspection, so I called to find out and the lady was rude. Other than that, I was satisfied.
Over last 35 years I have bought many Mercedes Benzs and this was by far the most pleasant and professional. They acted the way a real Mercedes Benz dealer should behave. I will be buying my future cars from them.
CarLotz sold me a 2015 Honda Civic. Jarratt, the salesman, was straightforward, knowledgeable, and provided great service. The car itself is clean and in good condition. No pressure sales tactics or shady negotiating. It was a great buying experience.
This is our third Subaru, purchased through Harry. I think that says a great deal about this person. If we didn't feel like we were being treated fairly, we would have never purchased the first one. We love the car, but that is only half the story. The dealership is like a family member to us. The people in the sales, service and parts departments are first class. I am always treated as if I am their most important task for the day, and they do everything in their power to accommodate me and my request. They are good at providing advice, but not before they listen and understand what it actually is that I am requesting. As I tell everyone, they treat me like family.
I think McGeorge Toyota is a good dealership - good people to deal with, patient, not pushy, know their vehicles, and will work with you to make a good deal. My sales person, Christopher Coleman, was so pleasant - I enjoyed talking with him, test driving with him. I bugged him with questions on several visits, and he bent over backwards to help me. I definitely would recommend McGeorge AND Christopher Coleman to others.
We were on our way to our daughter's in PA for Thanksgiving when the water pump & serpentine belt went on our 2500. Travis and the team at Whitten Brothers were FANTASTIC! They took care of the problem in record time & got us back on the road so we could enjoy the holiday with our family. Ten stars...oh heck no, these guys earned 12 out of 10 stars! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Over the years I've purchased a lot of cars. My experience with Richmond BMW Midlothian was very positive. Charles Armstrong offered the perfect example of how to treat a serious car buyer, especially when I live two hours away. After my initial contact, he responded within minutes. I told him the inventory stock number of the car I wanted, and said I would buy the car from the dealership that gave me the best price and was honest with me. He sent me a detailed sheet of the numbers. I was surprised that BMW Midlothian could compete with the pricing of the dealers in Northern Virginia and Maryland. They did! Also, my car was in excellent condition, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in on my 2014 BMW X3. The staff is very professional and doesn't use high pressure tactics that some car dealers do. In short, they respects their customers. If you're going to buy a BMW definitely contact BMW Midlothian first. Oh, and be sure to ask for Charles Armstrong. You'll be glad you did.
