Lia Toyota of Northampton review
Michael Berard was helping me with getting a new part for heating/AC do to a mouse problem I am having. I was told I needed to leave the car for 3 days and I would be able to pick up the car on the 4th day before I went to work. Which I did and he called me a couple of times to keep me updated on how things were going. Communication is the key and he kept me in the loop so I could pick her up when I needed to. Greatly appreciate that. Keep up the good work! See you next time.

I had a great experience with Greg at Ford of Greenfield. From test driving the car to buying the car, it was a very pleasant, no pressure transaction. Greg gave me a fair price for my trade-in and I felt the sales price was fair as well. I was very happy with the entire process.

This my first online vehicle purchase and it went smoothly. I would buy from them again. We had the car picked up and trailered to us. This whole process went extremely well. The owner actually came in on a Saturday to ensure the process went well, and it did.

I had a great experience buying my first new Toyota from Gregory Corcoran! He was helpful, patient, and communicative….and I a would not sugar coat this- he did not push or be overly blasé- just the right approach. I love my new hybrid and would highly recommend friends to connect with Greg for their next car buying experience! I have walked away from dealerships before due to poor salesmanship- Greg was the opposite!

Mercedes-Benz of Springfield review
Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!

Most pleasant car buying experience! Lisa was outstanding! She was very patient as I test drove truck after truck, after until I got exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or forced into something I didn't want, I knew she was listening to me and getting me the best deal. I will buy all my cars from here going forward!
