This was the first dealership I started looking for a new vehicle. From start to finish the process was smooth and effortless. Taylor was very helpful with finding something in my price range and gave us a reasonable offer for our trade in. All together I would say this will be where we do business again.
I was looking to lease a vehicle that I would like and may eventually buy. I went to KIA because of the long warranty. The redesigned 2019 Kia forte was what I wanted and it was what I got. I was initially disappointed that the price I calculated online was not what I got when I went to their office. However, Taylor Rowell worked with me to eventually get the exact car (model, color, trim) I wanted at a reasonable price that I was comfortable with. Taylor was very respectful and helpful through out the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone (just don't use the online calculator - go in and talk to someone).
I came in early so I could make appointments I had other places that day but, after 2 hours and 40 minutes I was finally out the door having missed my other appointment. Might not sound that bad but, I was only there for 2 tires. The person at the desk seemed understanding and offered his apologies. They were struggling with their tire balancing machine which I understand but, being a place that does tons of tires this shouldn't be something that puts you down for hours. I would likely pay the few extra bucks and go somewhere else that I've had better experiences with in the past like express oil or greys tire services.
The team at AutoNation is wonderful. Wayne introduced us to the F150s. Then we had help from Jaylen, Jody and Berky. All were incredibly kind and patient with us. It was the most pleasant and easy car buying experience. We appreciate everyone"s help.
I took awhile to buy my new Stinger from its rollout to last week and worked with several team members including the GM and final sales manager Taylor. They were patient as I took my time to decide between two engine choices coming back to drive both cars and then waiting on me to sell my boat and motorcycle so I could get the car.
