Kelly Redmond was the best sales woman I have ever personally experienced. She was not pushy at all and was willing to test drive every single car until i found the perfect one for me. She is very family friendly and made sure my 1 year old was just as happy as we were!
I have an Outback hat I service here and have been quite satisfied with... for this reason I decided to bring my BMW in also. I received the same great service. Changed the oil, checked my air filter and fluids too. They also added air to my tires which I hadn't noticed needed it. Thanks again for taking care of me and your suggestions. Ben was polite and let me know what my service entailed upfront. I received a text after my multipoint inspection that informed me what failed during the inspection, provided a description of the service and let me know the cost. Once I selected the additional services, the link let me know how much more time was needed. Ben called when my car was being washed and ready for pick up. It was great and easy.

From the moment Curtis walked out to greet me, he was very courteous and professional. I told him my situation and which vehicle I was interested in. He immediately grabbed the keys to test drive the exact car I wanted. He went over a lot of the features and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. I took the car for a test drive and was ready to move forward in buying it. I told Curtis I was on a time crunch and needed to leave by a certain time. He made sure the paperwork and finance were complete in a timely manner. When we parted ways, it was before the time I had told him. I saw him the following Monday with the second key to my trade in. He got in my CX-5 with me and answered all my questions that came up between Saturday and then. He has since followed up with a phone call to make sure I am still satisfied with my purchase. I wanted to reach out because Curtis definitely deserves the positive recognition! He was professional, understanding, timely, followed through and followed up on all aspects to make this one of the best car buying experiences I've had.
The Service Department is outstanding. Nick Garza is the first person that you wiil meet and he is fantastic. He represents the care, concern,friendliness and trust you want from a Service department. I must state," That attitude is shown by the entire department". The professional and interpersonal skills in that department was extended to me as a customer and they deserve an A+.
