Mirak Hyundai review
Great experience
March 13, 2021
By Charles Scott Stinson from Lawrenceville, GA
I wanted to purchase a new Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Plugin Limited. Could not find one in my state of GA. I used Cars.com to look out of state and found the exact car I wanted at Mirak for a good price. Never purchased a car online or out of state and was very nervous and skeptical. All that changed as soon as I talked to Doug and Michael over at Mirak. They explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. The purchase was painless. The price they offered online was a really good deal with lots of rebates and no hidden fees. Michael even made sure I got a Military discount that I wasn't aware I qualified for. (I thought you had to be active duty to qualify). After we agreed on the final purchase price and financing I needed to get the car transported to GA. Michael handled the whole transport process and kept me updated. I did have to pay a fee for transport, but that was told to me up front. The money I saved buying from Mirak and the partial federal tax credit for plugin electric more than covered the cost. I was worried that it would take a long time to get the car, but from start to finish it took a little over 3 weeks to get my car. This is pretty fast because from what I've read online the process usualy takes 1 to 3 months. Even more impressive all this was taking place during a big snow storm and of course the pandemic. In my past experience of buying a car it was all so confrontational and drawn out with lots of hidden fees. I always left having buyer remorse. Not this time. I saved $7,000 off MSRP and get a $4,500 federal tax credit. All this while averaging almost 70 mpg in my new 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Plugin. As you can tell by my lengthy review I am super satisfied with my car buying experience. Mirak is a car buyers dream. Please do yourself a favor and buy your next car from Mirak even if you live out of state. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thanks Mirak.
2023 Genesis G70 3.3T AWD review
G70 vs MKZ
August 22, 2022

Owns this car
I traded my 2019 MKZ AWD for this and am very happy! Both the MKZ and G70 have 2.0T engines but the G70 is far peppier and more horsepower! But the G70 has an 8spd trans compared to MKZ 6 speed. The lane keeping assist and adaptive cruise control is far more accurate and advanced than the MKZ! I have received many compliments over the looks of this car!!
I didn't go for the V6, which I be read inclined to do but the salesman had me drive the 2.0T first(weird the sport prestige package) and I realized this 2.0T had more than enough performance for me--after all, I'm a 73 yr old DAV,!!!
