Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Demario was an amazing salesperson. We drove 6.5 hours to do our purchase, and I’ve never been to a dealership where I felt so welcome and cared for every step of the way. I also felt I was more than adequately compensated for my trade in. No hassle - no haggle - just great customer service!

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

I purchased a used vehicle from the Hyundai dealership which I am happy with and was a stress free process. Less than a week after the purchase I had a problem with the windshield. I contacted the Used car sales manager Kevin Allen and explained the situation, without hesitation he said we will take car of it and did so with my complete satisfaction. Great experience.

I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.

After 3 frustrating days and countless hours of attempting to buy a car for the advertised price, only to have the total price significantly inflated when it came time to sign on the dotted line, I looked outside my area of Northwest Arkansas and found very fair online prices with Tulsa Hyundai. Jerry Byrd assured me that the price I saw would be exactly what I would pay. He was a man of his word. He put me in the exact car I was hoping to find. Even better, it was a brand new car priced $2000 LOWER, 2 years NEWER, and with 39,000 FEWER miles than the previous one found in my local area. It was so worth the drive to Tulsa Hyundai. A welcoming environment and friendly, respectful and professional treatment is what I experienced on my first visit to Westshore Honda, located at 2522 N Dale Mabry Hwy, where I was impressed by the salesman Jeremy Rodriguez whose treatment went beyond the simple negotiation for the sale of a car, being kind, patient and attentive to my requirements and questions but also helped me solve a problem with the battery in the service department, where by the way I was also treated with courtesy and respect, achieving that the negotiation was to my complete satisfaction. Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. He is a great person to deal with. I am very happy with the acquisition and the treatment received by both and, in general, with all the staff and managers of this dealership. The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

I got into an accident and had to buy another car. Settled on the 2023 RAV 4. Cyril was not pushy. After signing some papers he showed me the Carfax report and I was shocked to see that the used vehicle I bought was involved in a minimal accident. He said everything was repaired like the bumper. I got the vehicle under the premise everything was repaired. I was told I could get my old plate from my wrecked car the next day. It would be ready for me by the time I get there. So, went there the next day, plate still on the car. Had to ask 3 people if they could just unscrew the rusty screws so I could get my plate. No one helped me, so I saw a female employee and she asked Dave from the body shop to help me and he did. He was awesome. Tried all types of tools to unscrew the screw. He got them off with no complaints. Thank you Dave for being very helpful even if it wasn’t your job!

I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.

This place is amazing!!! A huge shout out to Lance Bell and Dave. They went above and beyond for us to get us in the vehicle we wanted. We live in PA and although the dealership was an hour and a half away it was soooo worth the drive!!

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

Best experience by far. We had Tom Shields as our salesman and from the moment we walked on the lot it was like working with a friend. He was very helpful by answering all of our questions and when it came to purchase price it was by far the best price on the car. Nate Casper in finance was amazing and even helped to change us from a lease into purchasing the car when he could see that it was better to purchase rather than lease for us. When I said in the beginning that it was like hanging out with friends that is really what it was like the whole way through. We love the car and we will be a customer for life. This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!

I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. I was not really impressed with anyone else’s knowledge or simple honesty. I applaud Chris for ensuring that this was a positive experience for my wife. She is extremely happy with her new 60!
