I recently bought a lightly-used 2019 Honda Passport Sport. My agent was David Lopez and Don (the director of finance) also helped with the process. I had an excellent experience as a whole at this dealership, and in particular working with David Lopez and Don. I had four cars I was interested in looking at- David made sure to get them all ready ahead of time- to make everything easier for me to compare and contrast them. He was very genuine- he didn't give off any bad "salesman" vibes that make you feel pressured or manipulated. It was like having a exceptionally well-informed friend helping me pick which car was going to best fit my needs and lifestyle. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient while I waffled between two very similar cars. I would *highly* recommend working with David Lopez. Don was (obviously) excellent at his job- and made sure I completely understood everything we were going over. Overall, I had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with David Lopez, Don and everyone else behind the scenes at Luther Westside Volkswagen.

Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

We shopped around at 6 different dealerships, and by far, Burnsville Hyundai was the best. A huge reason we bought the car here was the representative Bob. Bob was so nice and genuinely cared about finding the right car for us and underdtood we needed time to look around and not rush into a decision. In addition, his boss Marco went above and beyond by detailing our car to look brand new again and making sure the car was in excellent condition. Great job guys!

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

went to LUTHERNISSANKIA in INVER GROVE HEIGHTS and worked with Bre Erickson and leased a 2024 NISSAN ROUGE and Bre worked the transaction from end to end and was the most professional person I have worked with to aquire a SVU... she sat down and we talked about what I wanted and showed me a couple cars that fit my needs and we took a few test drives and I found the one that I liked. Bre worked with me on making the deal happen up to the finance section of the deal, after that was done I went back to Bre and she had the SUV ready... it just needed the plates on it. It was Monday the 22nd and raining when it was time to leave and BRE went out and added the plates to the SUV (SHE GOT SOAKED)... before the rain got heavy she then delivered it to me in the garage of the dealership so I did not have to deal with the inclimte weather. she went even so far as to direct me out of the garage as I backed it away from the dealership. The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

on Sept 20th, 2019, I went to vehicle fully winterized and any preventive issues taken care of. As always; Excellent customer service when bringing vehicle in for maintenance. Red Haired Lady , I don't know the name is excellent in customer service, Gave me price and I signed the sheet knowing the car is well taken of as it has been for the past 4 years. I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

I went to look at cars, ended up loving one, and bought it all in one day! Fabulous service, awesome selection of great low mileage, no accident cars with history of maintenance, etc. Awesome experience!

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

the one problem i have the stering wheel leather is craked the car is a2017 g90 with 22,500 miles genesis will not cover that this a top the line car used very little you would think that genesis would take care of that.

Twin-turbo V6 Sport Prestige is a beast. Gladly traded my BMW in for it. Genesis is better looking, better built, better value and can leave my 330i Sport in the dust. 100k warranty leaves nothing to chance.

I recently leased a new Altima from Burnsville Nissan and as always received outstanding customer service. This is the fourth car I have either purchased or leased from this dealership and Tony Schutz and David Lavanger were both excellent. They were both great communicators and well organized during the entire process. They really listened to me and were very helpful in every respect, including explaining the new technology in my new car. I couldn’t have asked for more! I also get all my service done by Eric Olsen and his team and they are great as well. I would definitely recommend Burnsville Nissan!

This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!

I was thrilled to get home and find a service video. I don't have a cell phone but, if I did, I believe they would show me the condition of any parts needing replacement before my making the decision to go ahead and have them do it. The clarity of the video was great! I could actually see the cracks in the belts that needed replacement and the dirt in the air filter. This is definitely a wonderful customer benefit. Nobody has to wonder: Do these parts really need replacing or are they just trying to sell me something to make money?

I have not purchased a car from Poquet (yet anyway), but I have to say the experiences I have had with them have always been tremendous. Low pressure, knowledgeable sales staff, and first-rate vehicles make this a "must shop" dealership.

Great car for the money definitely needs the 3.5 motor. Would love it if it had air suspension otherwise love the car. Love the lane change notifications as it forces me to be a better driver because you must use a signal to change lanes orbit stops you

I dealt with Isiah and he was great to work with! The dealership is huge and has great selection of vehicles. The only negative was dealing with the does the finance person. He was fast talking, high-pressure cell zone extended warranty in the like and was a very poor listener.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis
