2025 Genesis GV80 review
Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

2022 Genesis G70 review
The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

Car is fun to drive, great mileage, nice performance, comfortable on the highway. Only negative is the smaller trunk but since both back seats fold down it is ok as there are only two of us in the family. This is my second genesis and they are great cars.

My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. 2023 Genesis G90 review
Except for a couple of niggling glitches (like a window shade) that had to be repaired, this is the best and most comfortable car that I have ever owned. The matte grey paint can't be washed in a car wash, because they use a final wax spray, I can drive around in a dirty car forever and no one will really notice. It may also be "stealth" to radar cameras.

2023 Genesis G70 review
Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

2023 Genesis G70 review
I am a current Lexus owner (owned many) and former Infiniti M45 owner, the Genesis replaced the Infiniti. When manufacturers want to break into a market (USA) they must do something to compete and stand out. It must be price and value. In 1990 the first LS400 I purchased was 35K and it was true then and the Genesis division of Hyundai is doing the same thing now. What you get for what you pay is outstanding. The other boys on the block, BMS, Mercedes and Audi have the name recognition already and you PAY for it ! The exterior is a work of art and it pleases me when I look at it and I have received many complements. This car is a compact luxury sport sedan not something you haul a 80 inch TV home in. My friend has a BMW 650i, he uses his SUV when he goes to COSTCO. Also since when is a sport sedan a mileage champ ?? Want good mileage buy a Prius. The car has tremendous fit and finish, a great paint job and the interior is super especially if you go for the Sport Prestige model with the Nappa leather. The stitching is fabulous. If one can't live with the lane following assist and the Lane Keeping Assist you can turn them off, I for one thing they are great ! As far as the back seat being cramped unless you have the front seat all the way back, there doesn't seem to be an issue. I have had a 6 foot 1 passenger and he had no complaints. But again it is a sport sedan not a limo. I have to plug my phone into my Lexus with a wire too, to prevent it getting tangled get a 6 inch wire - problem solved. You can get the back doors to unlock with the front door; it is a setting you can choose. Advantage with Genesis is that all of the adjustments and there are many are to be made by the owner not having to pay the dealer to make them from the number of flashes on a soft touch of the turn signal to the contrast/brightness on the cameras. Yes, the HBA (high beam assist) must be turned on even if the headlights are in the "auto" position. But what about the BVM on the dash ? O.K. I did purchase a G70 with the sport prestige package but you have to admit that is some tech leading stuff. BTW, that is a camera image of the blind spot when you turn on the lane change lever on the dash. The car offers many of the safety features in the base car. To get what this car offers in the Prestige package you have to spend at least 10K more in a BMW if you can get all of the features the Genesis offers. Heck, the car even comes with a space save tire. Try finding one of those on your BMS/Mercedes/Audi. This car is a great car. In the short period I have owned I am extremely happy with it and love the pickup, technology, styling and comfort features. I didn't buy it for long hauling commuting to save on gas ! I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

2024 Genesis GV80 review
I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

2023 Genesis GV80 review
I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

2023 Genesis GV70 review
So far a wonderful car. Far better ride than my wife's Lexus NX 200t, or my former Cadillac SRX or Jaguar XF. Interior styling is a big win and the best among competitors at this size and price. Exterior styling is a little too 'blingy' for my style but is otherwise fine. Living in Arizona, air conditioning is most important and this car has a wonderful A/C system! So cold that I have to turn down the fan speed after a couple of minutes. And the Lexicon audio system is superb! Another reviewer commented on the touch screen being too far away from the driver, and while that might be right, you can control everything from the steering wheel or control knob right next to the center console. 300 HP from the base engine is more than enough, but if you want to really move there is always the bigger engine available. Overall a wonderful car!

2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe review
After reading Genesis reviews I purchased a '24 GV70t from an out of state Dealer, I was looking to replace a BMWx5m although the gv70 was a nice car it was a little too small coming from an X5, I had the car shipped without ever driving one. When I took it to a Genesis Dealer for warranty work I walked into the showroom and saw the GV80coupe it was love at first sight, This time I took a test drive before trading the X5 & the GV70 for the GV80Coupe it beats BMW on every front with the exception of highspeed cornering. Small trade off for the technology & compfort and countless options some of which I have yet to learn

I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.
