Serviceman was very professional and kind. Found a spot for me to help with the issue ai was having and fast service.
2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

First oil change on my brand new car. I will say that the guy who checked me in and out was surprisingly pleasant for an 8:30am appointment. Those guys always seem to be in a mood, but he wasn’t and I really appreciated that. Gave it 4 stars because it took over an hour.
2023 GMC Acadia review
As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

This is the perfect sized car for me with 3rd row seating. When not in use the 2nd and 3rd rows lay down for extra storage. I like the exterior size too. It’s easy to maneuver in and out of parking.

2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

MICHAL MADE THE SHOPPING AND BUYING PROCESS SO EASY AND NOT SCARY AT ALL. I AM PRETTY xxxx PROUD OF MYSELF FOR PURCHASING A VEHICLE ALL BY MYSELF AND NOT REGRETTING IT! I BELIEVE THAT MICHAL WAS SINCERE AND HONEST IN GETTING THE VERY BEST DEAL AND DOING ALL HE POSSIBLY COULD TO GET EVERYTHING THAT I ASKED FOR. ANDY IN FINANCE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO WORK THINGS OUT IN MY BEST INTEREST FOR CAR PAYMENTS AND ALL OF THE EXTRAS. HE WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AT THE SAME TIME. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN THE VERY BEST HANDS WITH THE BOTH OF THESE GUYS AND IT WAS ALMOST TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. WE'LL SEE... BUT FOR ME. THIS WAS A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HALL VW AND MICHAL AND ANDY IN A HEARTBEAT!

Tyler Maclennan was extremely professional and helpful throughout my visit to the Chevrolet service department. What stood out most was that he was one of the first advisors to offer clear guidance on the three services my vehicle needed. He took the time to prioritize them for me, which I really appreciated. Tyler was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why, making everything easy to understand. He struck a great balance between professionalism and friendliness, which made the entire experience much more comfortable. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

THIS WAS AN OFF SITE WAREHOUSE SALE. I LOOKED AT A USED TRUCK. IT WASN'T WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. AND NO HIGH PRESSURE. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE MORE THAN AT MOST USED CAR SALES.
2019 GMC Acadia review

I really just went in on a Hope & a Prayer! Single father of 3 and I need a vehicle that was safe , reliable and fit our needs as a family The Salesman Mr Worm was brimming with confidence that they could get it done My credit was Very Challenging. As long as I provided bank statements, ID, and proof of address they were able to put me in a beautiful 2019 Buick Encore!
2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! DO IT!! It’s worth the drive!!

Great experience. Kim was very helpful. I bought a car out of state. I had Lemon Squad inspect the vehicle and got a great report from them. Vehicle is used but was well taken care of.
2021 GMC Acadia review
My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!

Car came as advertised, minus one issue with rusted brakes that we discovered once we got home. Otherwise they were extremely professional and helpful! Any small problems we found were fixed immediately
2019 GMC Acadia review
Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

2019 GMC Acadia review
Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.
