2021 GMC Acadia review
My 2021 GMC Acadia is by far the best car I have ever driven. I always feel very safe and secure in it as it has many safety features, like a warning light on the side mirrors a car is approaching. I love the helpful guides for parking. It rides so quietly and comfortable, too— like on a cloud!

I purchased an Audi A3 from this dealership my Lexus was a total loss on Christmas night due to vandalism. I haven’t bought a used car in over thirty years K G (the manager) made this used car purchase pleasant from start to finish. Hat’s off for the excellent customer service!!

2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! DO IT!! It’s worth the drive!!

Volkswagen of New Port Richey review
My husband Phil and I recently purchased our 2021 Atlas at VW of NPR and we could not be more pleased. Bill VonEhr was our Sales Consultant and he was exceptional! He provided answers to every question that we had and was attentive and caring to all our needs every step of the way. Michael Tom, Car Sales Manager, worked with us and made us feel good about our purchase. This is our 2nd VW vehicle purchase with the 1st having been at a different dealership. We would encourage anyone who is looking to purchase a VW to seek out this dealership and both Bill and Michael. Also, Roger Combs, Service Asst Manager, is remarkable in handling all service needs. David Hall, Parts Specialist, spent time researching accessories that we wanted for our vehicle also. This dealership truly puts the customer first in every department. Please be certain to make them your VW dealership.

Excellent selection of pre-owned cars and SUVs. I purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee from PJs, and I absolutely love it! They were able to get me financed with a low down payment and a monthly payment to fit my budget. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a clean pre-owned vehicle. Thanks PJs!

2011 GMC Acadia review
I have enjoyed driving the 2011 Acadia SLT-2 for over 10 years. It is great on the road, especially on long trips, and it's a great vehicle for transporting the grandkids. Our Acadia has been relatively trouble-free. Follow the maintenance schedule and the vehicle will perform admirably for many miles. After 171,000 miles we just upgraded to a 2023 Acadia.

2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Great Buying Experience! We purchased a 2023 Titanium Edge. Mark was very professional and helpful in the process. They had one vehicle that met our requirements Mark worked with us to get the vehicle. The process was smooth and quick. We purchased our new car from this dealership because of the great service I receive on my F150. I am highly pleased with the entire purchasing event and look forward to many years of great service on our Ford vehicles. Well done to Mark and everyone at Spring Hill Ford.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

I had an outstanding experience working with Bastian while purchasing my car. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency. Bastian never pressured me or tried to rush the process. Instead, he provided clear information and helpful guidance, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. If you’re looking for a car salesman who is trustworthy, friendly, and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Bastian. He made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.
2022 GMC Acadia review
I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

Buick GMC Brooksville review
I was very happy with the service I received at Buick GMC, Brooksville. Denise was wonderful. She was able to remove all the usual stress when buying a new car. She was super informative and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Denise was great and I would highly recommend her and Buick GMC, Brooksville.

Great vehicle. Has great features and it is a very smooth ride. It is quiet on the road. Great gas mileage (over 28 mpg combination town and road).

2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

CarMax Cool SpringsReviews
CarMax Cool Springs review
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
2021 GMC Acadia review
Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

CarMax Charleston review
Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.

This has been the easiest we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle!!! The down payment was literally $95 & there was absolutely no catch. We were able to get a 2017 vehicle!!!! How much better could your day get. Linny was amazing to work with & made the whole process so simple. She streamlined everything.

2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Cody, my salesman, was professional, helpful, honest, and a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure at any point during the process. JP, the sales manager, was also easygoing and pleasant to work with. They were both very accommodating in negotiating a fair price—They even allowed me to inspect the underside of the vehicle, which I really appreciated.
