I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.

I lost my '95 purple Corvette to hurricane Irma. After moving to Lee County I saw this beautiful '95 Candy Apple red '95 Corvette on their website with low mileage and Ray Matthews explained the history of this car and got me the Car-Fax on it. I made an offer and the manager countered with a great deal. Everyone there was so friendly and when I got home I got a call asking me how my experience there was. As a double Purple Heart veteran, I miss my purple Vette but I love this red Corvette. I hope to go back there one day and but one of those Buick SUV's. Ray also got me in and out and on my way pretty quickly. Larry also helped get me on my way

To Mark-Service Manager: Prior to the oil change on May 31,I tried to explain the "windshield"problem,best described as a grey plaid covering the full windshield driving at night in the rain.The visibility is next to zero-an accident waiting to happen.VERY SERIOUS! The detailer used cleanser and steel wool to clean the windshield-this did not solve the problem. I adjusted the thermostat temp,but that did not help either. Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
Just wanted to say that we really enjoyed buying our new car from Somerset. We looked at many places for a car, but they made the whole experience very nice, and the service was great! - Driving our new (to us) Corvette home after the purchase was outstanding and the car is great! -- we would buy another car from Somerset in future. Was looking for quality used truck with low mileage. Found the truck I was looking for on somerset website. Contacted dealership got details went and inspected and found to be exactly as photo's and description showed online. Bought the truck verbally with management /owner after a short test drive. Picked up the following buisness day. Would highly recommend somerset for anyone looking for quality used vehicle at a great price.
