Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
Brought in my 1984 Corvette for a window regulator replacement. They no longer make replacement regulators and you have to retrofit one from a later C4 model. I brought my own part and was received right away. Mark was very informative and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Even though the job is notorious for being annoying, the tech did a fantastic job, and everything is working perfectly. Additionally, the window glass was cleaned, and the door panel was put back together with care before I received my car. Overall it was a great experience and I would trust them again with an unconventional job. And a big thanks to the tech

Buying process was easy and pricing is right on the mark...Dealership is a bit of a throw back with the warmth of a family run business mixed with today's high tech world. I am a buyer from California and was shopping for a car. Moore GMC had a Mercedes that i was interested in.I emailed sales in regards to the vehicle and got Mike Porter. My overall experience with Mike has been astonishing from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner even on his day off. Buying a truck from Moore was straight forward, no haggling and they certainly gave me the best price compared to other New England GMC dealers. Recently brought in for free oil-change which is always a good dea!!! if you are in the market for a new / used GMC, i would start with Moore GMC before going to anyone else.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions. He was polite and engaging, not only to my husband and me, but to our two daughters as well. We were dreading the car buying process because of how some car salespeople can be, but he did not pressure us in any way and he made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. I recently purchased a pre-owned GMC vehicle at a dealership in Wakefield MA.Within 2 weeks of owning the car started having problems.Within a month had to have the car serviced 4 times.They did not address all my concerns and the ones they did work on were not properly repaired,resulting in unnecessary trips back.Wasting my time,gas and patience, not to mention,oh,by the way, "sorry that's not covered under warranty.It was working at the time of 172 point inspection."even though I only had the car for 3 weeks!!! So angry and disappointed.Wish I had read the reviews before buying from them..Now have had this car for two and a half months and a couple other problems arise.Decided to look for another certified gmc dealership and found Moore GMC in Danvers MA.They immediately had a technician test drive with me.Were polite,explained the possibilities, and touched base with me while my car was in their shop.Moore gnc addressed all my concerns.So glad I found them.Totally different experience.They made me feel like an important customer and the job was done right the first time.Wish I had known of them when my husband and I were looking to buy a car.
Paul dicarlo was great. He was there start to finish and made me feel very comfortable buying a car . This was my first time and he made it very easy. He also stuck by me through my difficult financing options. Paul is a great asset to your company. I dont even remember the name of who helped me after.
