I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership made the experience stress free. I got exactly what I was looking for in every aspect of my new vehicle and I couldn???t have done it without Kevin Mitchell and Pedro Arismendi. I can???t thank those guys enough for getting me into my new truck. I???m looking forward to working with Kevin in the future and recommending him to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Ben Pugliesi did a terrific job handling my 2017 Sierra truck purchase. I was an out of state buyer and Ben handled every aspect of the transaction. He worked very well with my lender who had pre-approved me. When I arrived at the dealership my truck was parked out front, fully serviced, gas tank full, and clean as a whistle. Ben showed me many of the features that would make my 400 mile drive home comfortable. After a 30 minute inspection and test drive we completed the paperwork without any surprises and I left very happy.
I went to Auto Enterprise after doing a search on Cars.com, The car I wanted was a bit too high but I sent out a request anyway. Pete personally messaged me and asked If I wanted. When I said the price was out of my way he asked what I could do. They lowered the price and monthly payments to fit my budget.
When I went to pick up my car there were no extra fees, no shady deals, no bait and switch. I got my car, my papers signed, and I was out the door with a smile. If you need a used car, BUY HERE.

I am from New York and I came across Bayshore Automotive website while looking for a Wrangler. Immediately I was astonished by the quality of customized vehicles they had from the website. I found one in particular that I was interested in. I reached out via email and was put in contact with April. She was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Her customer service was priceless. Without ever seeing the vehicle in person I purchased it and had it delivered to New York where I reside. It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. All around this company cares about their customers and their quality of work. Finding indivduals or even a company like this is rare to come by.
