2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

My experience with Matt is always excellent. Very patient with clients, listening to their concerns and explaining solutions in easy to understand manner. When you deal with Matt, although there may be 50 cars he is having to oversee, makes you feel as though you’re the only one. Professionalism at its finest. My car was repaired with constant updates along the way in a timely manner. I pass by several Cadillac dealers to deal with Matt at Serra. I highly recommend!

Super fast service on my brakes! very satisfied! I took my car in on 1-15-25, and they completely replaced my rotors, the pads, and flushed the brake lines. I appreciated getting my car back on the road within a day!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

My car developed a problem, (engine light stayed on) and reduced engine power. The service department set a date and time to bring my car in and offered to provide a loaner car. I brought my car in on the scheduled date & time. The loaner car was washed, gassed up and ready for pick up. The repair was done in a few days; part of the repair cost was covered by warranty and my car runs great. The service department made this a painless process.
