We just had the best buying experience imaginable! We have been looking for a Ram 2500 for a while. Initially, we'd planned on purchasing a used vehicle with low mileage that hopefully had been well maintained. It turned out that we'd be able to purchase a brand new vehicle for an excellent price at Novick, and it doesn't end there. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Aside from signatures and becoming acquainted with the vehicle, there was nothing more to do. There were no awkward sales pitches, no surprise charges ... not one negative thing about the experience! We were treated as valuable customers the entire time by there extremely friendly staff - including the young lady who opened the door for us, the gentleman who prepared our registration documents, the finance manager, and of course, Scott Novick, who was beyond awesome. This is our first Dodge ... and it certainly won't be our last ... and we definitely will return to buy from Novick!
We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
I had a Jeep Cherokee a few years ago and loved it. I got rid of it because I wanted something smaller for traveling back and forth to work. I wasn't shopping for a car but I happen to ride by and this Jeep (color) caught my eye. Brian Walker was great no pressure buying and he handled everything and before I knew it I was leaving in the Jeep. WOW!
EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
The best experience. There is never any pressure by salesmens. They let you test drive the car on your own and they let you take your time. They are very kind and work with you through all the steps. Otis was awesome since day one! I called ahead of time and talked to him and he was able to pull my application online and get it all set for me before I even came in. Jesse was just as great worked with me and my monthly budget! The best experience I had! After going from dealership to dealership I finally found something that I loved inside and out. Would definitely come back and buy another car with them! If you go in ask for Otis!!!! He was honestly the best never pressured me to buy the car at all. And I appreciate it that. No other car dealership would treat you like they did! Thanks again Otis and Jesse!!!!

Another enjoyable experience with our recent purchase at Pellegrino Buick GMC, thanks to Lou Cerota. One again, Lou has gone out of his way to make sure our car buying experience was pleasant and hassle free. Lou made sure we understood all functions of the car. Mike and Paul made my wife and I very happy. We bought a Lincoln Navigator and drove 2 1/2 hrs in a snow storm to get there. The experience was nothing but professional and welcoming. When we left it felt like we made some good friends. Paul is amazing at getting financing and Mike was very informative about the vehicle we purchased. I will definitely be driving up there again to purchase another vechicle. Hopefully not in a snow/ice storm lol. 10+ ¿¿
I've purchased many cars in my past from a lot of different dealerships. My experience with Apollo auto sales and their staff particularly Jesse the manager and Otis salesman Was by far one of the easiest non pressure experiences I ever had in purchasing a car. Everything the finance manager and the salesman told me as far as the rate the length of the loan and the purchase price was all spot on. The finance manager gave me his personal phone number and I was able to keep in contact with him throughout the deal and he always got back to me immediately and made me feel and rushed. I never had an experience like that with any other dealership I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
