I’m not a bot or a paid reviewer—just a real customer sharing my experience. The negative reviews on Cars.com for Asay Auto are completely unfounded and, frankly, nonsense. I recently completed a high-dollar, out-of-state purchase with the Asay team, and it was outstanding from start to finish. Brock (sales manager) and Chris (finance manager) were exceptional. They secured a fantastic deal on the exact truck I wanted, handled all the financing swiftly and transparently, and kept me informed every step of the way. Every question I had was answered promptly and professionally. I also interacted with several other sales team members, and each one was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, I almost skipped calling Asay because of those online reviews—and I’m so glad I didn’t. My experience was first-rate, and I’d recommend them without hesitation. Bottom-line, don’t let a few bad reviews stop you. Some things are worth verifying for yourself.

A couple of weeks ago, my Honda Odyssey developed a loud chirping noise (like a bird nest with chicks) on the right front side at higher speeds (> 35 mph). I took it to Frank Brown; several hours later (it was a Monday, and they were very busy) the service manager informed me that they could not reproduce my observation. The next morning I test-drove the Odyssey again, and the noise was indeed gone. They thought that there was probably a small stone caught somewhere in the disk brake assembly, and it had dislodged itself. What I truly appreciate is I was not charged anything. It must have taken them at least half an hour to try to reproduce my complaint.
