Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Love the exterior body lines, the front sits a bit higher than the rear, nice stance. Factory aluminum wheels are very nice. Power rear gate heated steering wheel and heated seats are nice as well. Have had dual exhaust installed, the 5.3 sounds awesome. Exterior is white.

I want to give a shoutout to Kosta at Old Orchard Nissan because he genuinely made me feel taken care of during what was a stressful time. My old car had just died unexpectedly and I needed something reliable fast but I didn't want to make a rushed decision I'd regret. Kosta understood the urgency but never used it as pressure. He showed me the Nissan Altima and the Sentra depending on my budget flexibility and was upfront about what each one offered. I ended up going with the Altima SR and I am so glad I did. He got me financed quickly, explained the warranty options clearly, and I was driving home in a brand new car the same day I walked in. That's not just good service, that's someone actually doing their job right.

Love ever single thing in this but the auto stop function really annoy the heck out of me I do t really care about the gas mileage cuz if I can spend $70k then I don’t mind couple $$ extra for gas otherwise I would buy a Tesla

I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.

2021 GMC Yukon review
I absolutely love my 2021 Yukon Denali. The turning radius is surprisingly good and it handles beautifully. I traded in a 2021 Lexus GX460 for it and have no regrets. This handles way better on the interstate. It’s like floating along on a cloud. I have almost 19k miles and haven’t had a single issue or recall. My son plays his Xbox on road trips in the back seat on the headrest tablet and uses the outlet back there. I ordered the gmc weather proof floor mats and they are way nicer than weather tech. You can comfortably fit 3 adults in the 3rd row. The 2nd row has 42” of leg room which is more than anything else in its class. I drive mostly in the city and average 16.2 mpg. Treat yourself and buy the Denali.
