Overall my past experiences have been favorable. However, I recently took my Cadillac CTS in for an oil change and while driving to work two days later, I noticed smoke coming from my exhaust and pulled over only to find I had no oil registering on my dipstick. I had to have the car towed (my expense), back to the dealership, where they admitted that the oil filter was not sealed and caused the oil to leak out of my engine. I was informed it caused no damage to my engine (I hope that's the case). I take my vehicle to the dealership because I believe that is the best place to care for my Cadillac and I am willing to pay the extra dealership costs so these things don't happen, and my vehicle gets the best care suited to my Cadillac needs. I was a bit frustrated that the dealership did not ask to have my towing reimbursed, not to mention the $1000.00 that their mistake caused me to lose in business income from having to miss a day's work.
I took my vehicle in for repairs everything was done correctly and good customer service .but only thing kind concerning me was that I asked for help to the advisor in the corner for help and his was rude to tell me wait for your advisor. That was no the answer I was looking for it and yea he was took busy texting. I m sorry that put a flaw to into the good service.
I absolutely loved the way I was treated. .Harvey your the best thank you sooooo much. .you are a winner. Sooooo for all you folks out there ask for Harvey. .he gets things done. .very compassionate. . Again thanks Harvey. .you made me one happy camper today. .
Recently, I visited this location and I encountered a gentleman named, Harvey. I had such a pleasant visit. I was not pressured into a purchase and Mr. Harvey took his time to answer all of my questions regarding all of the cars where I held an interest. He, Mr. Harvey, was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Although, I didn't purchase a car, I do plan to re-visit this location and purchase a car within the next 30 days.
Great experience at this dealership. I had just had a really bad experience somewhere else and told me how bad the dealerships on wilson way was horrible. Im glad i went to see for myself. I was on a budget and Jose found a really good car that fit what i had in mind. Great place and customer service.
