Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! One of the best vehicle purchase experiences I’ve had in recent years. Just understand this is a dealership that specializes in rebuilds and set your expectations accordingly. It amazes me when people post negative reviews to the tune of “I didn’t know this car had been in an accident!” I’ve been buying rebuilds for the last 20 years and these guys are top tier despite being (from what I can tell) at a pretty high level of volume they move. Guss, the sales mgr, was a superstar. Personable & professional (despite being in very high demand). He was amazing to work with and personally involved every step of the way on the logistics of my out of state sale. I was looking to replace my 2024 Ford Maverick 2.0T with an AWD hybrid version of the same and they had a 2025 that was exactly what I was looking for. Autodome gave me a very fair trade value for my ‘24 and I drove almost 600 miles from NJ to make the swap. I made an appointment for an independent mechanic pre-purchase inspection and Gus personally dropped it off to have it ready for when I got to town. When I arrived I went to the mechanic, the car was in good shape but needed brake rotors. Upon shaking hands with Gus, before I even opened my mouth he said they’d be putting new pads & rotors on since he noticed a pulse. This was the first of a series of them doing right by me without me having to ask. The truck looked great on first inspection and I didn’t note anything I didn’t see in the pictures minus a scratch on the door. Next was the test drive, where I noted several minor issues: a chip in the windshield, a noticeable gap between the taillight housing and body, a missing bed storage cubby cover and a smooth plastic panel on the tailgate that didn’t match the rest of the spray-in bedliner. Gus happily put his guys to work and they took care of of every single issue before I completed the purchase. He even offered to pay for me to take it to a local dealer to reset the door keypad code that he didn’t have. Two days and 700 miles later, the car is exceeding my expectations (a buzzing heat shield at highway speeds was driving us nuts but it was an easy and free DIY fix once we figured out where it was coming from 🤣) The best rebuilders I’ve worked with are the ones who will take ownership over issues encountered during the sale that lesser dealers will lump under the “as-is” nature of buying a used car or branded title. No used car is free from blemishes, but in areas where the car is not as it was presented, the better ones will find a way to make it right. That was 100% AutoDome. My dad, who tagged along, has sold cars as a dealer and bought rebuilds for decades as well, and he was also very impressed. We both added AutoDome to our list of sellers we keep an eye on. I could 100% see myself reaching out to Gus in the future to look for my next purchase. Not too soon though. I plan on enjoying this gorgeous Maverick for a while 😎 Well done guys!
2025 GMC Canyon review
I have had my truck for just over one year. Love the styling and the infotainment layout. I get a lot of compliments on how the truck looks. The ride and handling are great and the cabin is very quiet. The truck has very good power and acceleration. No issues or complaints.

2025 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Let me start by saying I have the AT4 model with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I had a 2024 Elevation with the 5.3L V-8 that I bought to pull my 22’ camper. While the Elevation pulled my camper fine it drank the gas like it was on a binge. And with a 26 gallon gas tank it seemed I was filling up every couple of hours. After one trip to Nova Scotia I knew something had to change. I pulled my camper out west to Yellowstone and back through Arizona. It pulled like a champ and fillups were a lot more manageable. Even driving the speed limit out west I still got four to five mpg better than with the gasser. I liked the Elevation but I love the AT4. Way nicer ride and great handling. I get 30 per gallon of diesel on the highway if I drive the speed limit but I got it to tow with. I added a Titian replacement fuel tank so I have 43 gallons instead of the 26 it came with.

2023 GMC Terrain review
We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

2022 GMC Canyon review
GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. And wouldn't let me submit this review without selecting one of thier 3 inadequate choices. So, I selected having fun cause I believe everything should be but, this is my WORK TRUCK!

2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

2018 GMC Terrain review
I have owned 5 of the 2018-19 terrains. I have had the 1.5 gas, 2.0 gas and the 1.6 diesel. The power on the 2.0 is awesome. Mileage on the 1.5 is good. Mileage on the 1.6 diesel is great. I have 336,000 miles on my diesel. It has had lots of issues due to emissions and transmissions. Last week it got a new engine as well. The car is a great car but I would recommend the 1.5 gas for most people. The terrain is comfortable and makes a great work or travel vehicle. Size is easy to park with plenty of leg room.

2023 GMC Yukon XL review
Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

2019 GMC Terrain review
I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I brought my car in on the scheduled date & time. The loaner car was washed, gassed up and ready for pick up. The repair was done in a few days; part of the repair cost was covered by warranty and my car runs great. The service department made this a painless process.
2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I have a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation crew cab 4x4 with the 2.7 Turbomax. Bought the truck used as CarBravo certified with 42k miles. I like the truck overall but have a couple of specific things that I would like to share: 1. If you are used to a V8, the 2.7 performance seems comparable to me, but the sound of the engine constantly reminds you that you are actually driving a 4 cylinder. It also feels a little more restrained than a V8 would feel in my opinion. If you’re looking for a V8 feel, skip the turbo for sure. It’s not a bad engine, just a different driving experience. 2. If you are considering this or any other GM truck, know that the factory wax coating on the frame rails is garbage. It comes off very easily and the frame rusts when that happens. Fortunately, mine isn’t too bad, and I have a plan to fix it, but it’s a maintenance pain that doesn’t have to be there. Fixing this is also an added cost I didn’t expect. Ford, Ram and Toyota all use an electro-coating process that seems to be better. The Sierra is a good truck overall, just know what you’re buying ahead of time.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

2020 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Overall a great vehicle but I’m always concerned about potential DFM & 8L90 transmission problems. I had to replace four fuel injectors around 60,000 miles. I recently replaced a speed sensor in the transmission but this was at 110,000 miles. Others have not been so fortunate. This is not a vehicle built to be “hot rodded”. I strongly recommend 5,000 mile oil changes. Otherwise it’s absolutely the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Hope to drive it to 250k or so.

2021 GMC Sierra 1500 review
This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. Heller is not one of them. They will give you the best deal they can. Thank you to Jason and Kris for your fine work!!!!
2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Limited review
I bought this truck new 1/22. Have put over 100K miles in 2-½ years. No problems. Have 5.3L and 10-speed. Very reliable. Nothing has gone wrong. I feel the seat cushions are too short for someone over 6’.

2025 GMC Canyon review
I purchased my Canyon after getting rid of my 2025 Rebel lemon. So far the truck has performed flawlessly. I'm 6'2 and the vehicle has been comfortable even after a 3000 mile road trip. It looks great, is easy to maneuver, and has plenty of comfort and safety features. The 4 cylinder turbo has adequate power but could use a little more in my opinion. I average just under 20 mpg in mixed driving conditions. The rear seat is a little cramped for adults but other than that I don't have any gripes.
