I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

Very pleased with my whole experience. From answering my questions to able to sign all the paperwork virtually to them helping beat my bank's interest rate by more than 2%, I felt like they were always in my camp. When I got there the car was clean/detailed, filled with gas and ready to go! When I'm ready to upgrade I will be going to them first.

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. My experience with this dealership has been outstanding over the last several years. Suvin, Anton and Patrick made the process extremely easy and pleasurable. Patrick came to my house twice in one day to help solve a problem I was having with the charging cable. Service has always been excellent.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Regarding my 17Feb2026 service visit, I attempted to contact the Service Advisor, Daniel Carabantesc several times over a two day period concerning a concern. The Service Advksor never returned my attmpts to contact him. Eventually, I was able to reach an AutoNation representative regarding my concern. An oil change was not done during the visit. The representative advised me an oil change does not need to be done every five thousand miles and is good for 10 thousand miles. I understood the oil should be changed every five thousand miles for the best condition for the engine

One of the most attractive looking t cars GMC has ever designed. Looks just like a Lexus. Extremely roomy. Love every aspect of my Terrain.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

I came into the store and there were several sales people sitting at their desks and did not look up from their phones. As I walked through showroom (keep in mind I have purchased there before and got my car serviced here!) a sales person jumped up and approached me and asked how I was and if I was being assisted. When I said no, he introduced himself Mike Zeller. I explained I wanted to trade my bronco sport for another or maybe explorer. He said no problem. He showed me bronco sport and I loved it! He said before you decide, lets look at the explorer. I said that sounded great! I was expecting pushy because I said I loved the bronco. He took me to explorers. I looked and said NOPE! We went back, he showed me everything. No games. Showed me why my trade was worth what it was worth. I said I have Navy Fed and he said that was fine. Again, not pushy! We proceeded. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Then, he called me and asked how the car was. He cared after the sale. Thats refreshing. I 100% recommend Mike Zeller and Sheehy. Mike, see you in 3 years!

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

They were focused in getting my business. Unfortunately, they are merely serving their own interest to profit from their consumers. I was impressed how diligently they were to get me approved. But failed at negotiating a deal that would have been a win-win for buyer and seller. I lost out on getting my dream car due to price gouging and predatory lending.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.
